Chambre propre sans tapis, nous avons profité des installation de la piscine et de conditionnement physique. Très bien situé pour aller au centre d'achat le Regent à pied en passant par en arrière. Peut se rendre en voiture également par l'arrière.

Nice rooms

There were a variety of issues with my stay - the person who parked their vehicle outside my room and blared their music so I couldn't sleep, the free Wi-Fi which didn't work, the lack of stir sticks to stir my morning coffee and the very uncomfortable bed. To top it off when I checked out this morning and the front desk staff how my stay was and I told them all this, they just smiled and didn't say anything or do anything. Terrible customer service.

The bathroom so old needs to be updated and the tub was 0ld and deteriorated it wouldnt even drain.The mattresses were so old they were worn in the center.Had to wait at the desk for 10 plus minutes to get service.Will never stay here again.

The room was very ckean. Staff was exceptional.

A little dated but comfortable enough and convenient location.

The room clean and comfortable. We were close to the pool which was great for the kids. The hotel was very loud though, hockey teams running the halls, doors slamming and a large event happening upstairs with a live band. I found the doors very loud when closing. They slam closed if you don’t catch it. Would have been nice to have a heads up from the front desk that there was a large event happen

Breakfast was not included( which was fine because there was a restaurant off the lobby. We also experienced several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The toilet was leaking, and the bed sheets were dirty—we found hair, stains, and crumbs underneath the top sheets. Additionally, one of the bathroom towels appeared to have blood stains when it was unfolded. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our stay.

The room was great! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The heating didn’t warm up that well when we were in single digit temperatures but overall great experience!

Clean room, updated, spacious, bright, comfy bed, nice walk in shower. Would recommend.

Having arrived around 5ish, my sister and I were feeling under the weather after several hours of driving. And instead of making us wait for our rooms to be made up after a busy night for an event, they upgraded our room so that we could and rest immediately. Great service as well.
