Breakfast was good but staying there for 3 breakfast, we found the menu lacking variety. Pillows in the room and the bed were very comfortable. Service at front desk was also very helpful, especially Nagomi.

The palace is beautiful but I think it should offer more for that price. The charge you extra for parking also. The room was small but well equipped and very clean. Breakfast in the claustro was the highlight,

The photos on line look WAY better that then the reality. The hotel spaces and room decor are OK but cheap and not as cozy and unique as the site photos would have you believe. We were disappointed.

We decided in the last minute to stay there and we couldn’t be happier. Such amazing oasis in the middle of busy Granada! We will definitely go back.

The property itself is beautiful, and most of the staff were kind and accommodating. However, my experience with Nadine was less than ideal. While I noticed her being exceptionally pleasant and kind to my friend during checkout, my interaction with her was quite different. She seemed standoffish and didn’t inquire about my stay or show the same warmth. This inconsistency in her demeanor was disappointing

Lovely Boutique Hotel; quite unique like most of the Autograph Collection Hotels. Food was delicious, service wonderful.

We LOVED everything about this hotel. Perfect location, excellent service, super clean and beautiful building.

The WiFi sucks...it takes a long time to get any internet connection and is very annoying. There's not a lot surrounding the hotel for restaurants, etc. and it pretty far away from the town center with no transportation options except for cabs, Uber.
