Good hotel but not keep the booking room rate

Good breakfast- great location

The food was fantastic and the customer service was even better when in Santa Domingo I will be returning.

This property is very familiar to me as I have stayed over a dozen times. The wait staff is very courteous and Pedro and José at tge bar are excelent.

I am very familiar with this property, having stayed over 150 nights since 2017. I would particularly like to recognize Susan, Angelica an d Pedro of the bar and restaurant.

The hotel was very pleasant and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The reason I gave only an "average" overall rating is because the breakfast (both the food and drink and the service) was absolutely terrible. Other than the breakfast, the hotel is very nice.

The water in the shower faucet was very poor I couldn’t take a great nerd improvement!!!

It's OK. Overpriced. Air conditioner is extremely old, noisy and need to be adjusted all the time. The rest was decent

The room wasn’t cleaned before our arrival and the coffee machine is too small and cheap. We ordered food here but the serving was very small. It was not even worth it. Other than that the room was nice and the staff were friendly

The staffs of that hotel don’t know what are they doing and they make at lot of mistakes in all sense,horrible hotel,I will never going back there.

Es un buen hotel, las instalaciones están remodeladas, el restaurante tiene pocas opciones en el menú pero la comida es buena.

The location, room and service were superb.
