The spa was very unprofessional. I was wearing a men’s bathing suit, but was turned away saying that it was not an actual bathing suit. I don’t know why they would expect a customer to lie about not wearing a bathing suit.

The Hotel is very well located. The SPA is fantastic. The restaurant is very good. BUT, the rooms are run-down. The paint is old. The floor of the balcony is cracking. There is no showe. You need to sit on the bath tube to avoid spraying water everywhere. There is no bed light. There is no desk light. There is no charging station for Laptop and cell Phone. Compared with the Hotel Barriere Deauville, this location needs some upgrades.

Superb hotel, exceptionally clean, room spacious and comfortable, friendly staff, good selection of food at breakfast, great location.

I booked the same hotel I've been booking for 28 years, and when I arrived it was under renovation. No view of the lake, and so many twists and turns to get to my room. Odd experience, won't be coming back any time soon.

Four very pleasant nights, we particularly enjoyed the Spa. We'd booked to eat on the terrace on our last night but were called just before our booking time to say that the kitchen had no gas so they could only offer salads. We ate at the restaurant across the road which was excellent. Parking is quite expensive but easier than using one of the public car parks.

The best place to stay in Enghien Les Bains! Excellent service, SPA is outstanding!

Un peu vieillot sur la déco mais le service est très agréable, le restaurant est bon et l'accès casino et spa est un vrai plus. Nous avions une chambre vue sur Lac avec un balcon couvert et c'était vraiment très joli

A disappointing stay: a hotel that feels like the Shining: endless corridor leading to oddly positioned elevator. The Spa while nice is only available using ONE coupon per person and per stay. You want to relax today go to the gym in the morning? You can't. It's either or since it's only one coupon. Everything feels a little greedy. Unpleasant.

What a beautiful hotel in an enviable location. Perfect for my whistle stop mum-cation. I will happily come again!

Great location, cordial front desk and very warm surroundings. I was not happy to be denied entry to the pool. My bathing suit which I use in NH was not allowed in their pool. Very disappointed. The staffer at the pool was very rude.

So I booked a junior suite for 3 adults I think it’s worth noting the 3rd bed is a sofa bed with a very very thin mattress. The staff were very helpful and resolved my complaint quickly. The spa is lovely and it’s very well laid out
