Clean room, although they had a problem with the AC unit in Block 4 and moved out from to Block 5.

Clean room and great pool. Pool bar was excellent but food at other places was not so good, we ate outside hotel.

The property was adequate but not what I expected from a Crowne Plaza. The breakfast was excellent. The pool area was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. I just found the common areas and grounds not well maintained or clean.

Staff are friendly. Rooms are always clean and fresh. What qas meant to be a 2 night stay ended up being a week long after extending 4 times. Home away from home.

Apparently one of the best in Alice Springs, room was full of flies , casino and bar areas full of locals in bare feet gambling and drinking all day . Food was ok , just as well as it’s not safe to venture out of hotel at night
