Room clean as expected, kitchen had everything you need staffs very helpful. 2mins walk to the beach and 5mins to town. False advertisement for Air conditioning so the room was too hot so bye to good sleep. Left the windows open throughout our stay and my family especially the children wet bitten by mosquitoes everyday. Bin collection done after midnight of Friday, trucks were very loud and came back to back multiple times for more than 1 hour so nightmare for light sleeper especially if you have to get up early. The pool was very cold that children couldn’t swim but play around but for some strange reasons people lay down reading books/novels and my kids were shouted at by a grumpy woman just because they asked each other a question across the pool. It made the kids and myself feel so uncomfortable and we never got to go out again after that which was unfair for them. People don’t go to the pool side where kids are meant to have fun to read in the UK even if they did they will not be shouting at kids for expressing themselves so there was definitely more to it that meets the eye with the woman because when other kids came round and were loud and running around she didn’t tell them off. (Discrimination). The town itself is very quiet so will not recommend it to people who likes to be in a bubbly place.

Very clean apartment, would have appreciated being left some coffee sachets, tea bags etc plus a full length mirror in the apartment area, not just the mirror in the bathroom

I regularly stay here as the accommodation is always very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to park outside the hotel and very close to the beach.

Fantastic location, we hardly knew we were in the middle of old town.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is very attentive, and the food is excellent. They should only install televisions that can be viewed in the room, because you only have the option of watching them in the living room.

Spacious, clean and fresh feeling good sized room

We absolutely love staying here, we have been twice and will be coming back again. Very clean and lovely polite staff. Very close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and market.

Great pool with loads of loungers. The apartment was perfect for our stay and next to the beach. Reception team very helpful. I would use again.

Very pleasant travrl with family

Quite average very basic furniture. Good bed. Felt deserted when we got there. Just after Christmas. A long walk from nearest station. Could not get a bus that goes any where there or taxi. Long walk to shopping and restaurants even though there was a corner shop bakery. Very small space in living area. Our unit overlooked the bins...not pleasant amd the bin collectors made so much noise at 1am. The street lacked soul and about a 10 min to beach down the road. Would not return

The staff were so friendly, the apartments were clean and had great pools for adults and kids. We are already looking to book again.

Apartment and pool were well kept. Reception staff were so helpful especially David who extended our check out as we had a late flight.

Lovely clean apartment, if slightly under equipped, very well located, great pool, very limited catering. Small cafeteria/bar, open very limited hours. Would definitely return.

Our appt proberly worst in complex. There 4 nights . Twice woken with rubbish trucks around midnight emptying large rubbish bins that were our view to outside. Would not recommend.
