Had a brilliant stay at Hotel Osprey - couldn't fault it at all. We were there for the Punchestown racing festival and would highly recommend staying there. The bar/restaurant was a fab for a chilled evening post racing - staff were excellent and the food was very good. Bed very comfortable and the room well appointed. The shuttle to and from the track was very welcome and all the staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast was regular hotel breakfast fare but no complaints. The hotel felt comfortable and relaxed and I enjoyed spending time there. The location to Naas high street was perfect - a 7 minute walk and we had fun spending time in the local pubs - the locals were very friendly and it was a great atmosphere. We will return to the festival and would absolutely be staying at the Osprey again.

Very big room, clean and excellent bar. Cons, no Aircon and the gym is open to the public which makes it crazy busy

The staff and accommodations at the Osprey Hotel were exceptional. Staff members at front desk, buffet, coffee shop, Bar, Spa and Leisure Center were attentive and helpful. Location being close to town for walking and close proximity to public transportation made this hotel a prime choice for me.

The room was perfect. But the staff were completely disengaged and could benefit from customer service communications training.

Unfortunately I was there on the weekend of the Christmas party and let's talk to 2 AM and kept me awake. I missed my meeting following morning because I couldn't sleep. It's a complain to management at 11:30 at night while the party was going on. When I checked out all they gave me was 30% off of one night. That was not enough. NOT going back there.

Lovely man from Hungary on the desk very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Room clean and very spacious. Everyone we met was very helpful, polite and happy.

Had a wonderful 2 days at this hotel. The pool was just a nice size and not overcrowded. Near Naas shopping and the food was really good. Would definitely stay here again and easy access to Killdeer Village

Rooms clean and comfortable. Shower had control on the outside of the cubicle which was a bit awkward. Swimming pool not in hotel, across car park therefore didn't use.

Just an average ok stay.
