Only 5 star hotel I have ever been not providing ironing service...with management preventing the willing cleaning service of the hotel to do it. Not inclined to solve problems or give guests good experince. Hospitality is definitely not their job.

They made the room available to us 5 hours before check-in which was much appreciated. Everyone with whom we interacted was kind and generous ( from the bellman to the lounge staff and front desk staff and concierge) which was a lovely way to start our trip to the UK.

Everything was very good . Our only issue was the cooked food was lukewarm at breakfast and the wait for cooked food was too long . Other than that we were very happy with our stay

Considering the price charged for the room, I was surprised that the shower was inside the bath and not a stand alone unit. Additionally service at breakfast was dreadful. We were shown to a table and then that member of staff left without saying a word. There were no glasses for juice, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and I gave up on eggs. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a family room and my daughter said she had a great sleep.

Room ok. Tv stopped working as soon as we were in the room. Room ok. Shower very weak. The temperature was about right but noise from dlr was intrusive and view of building site was disappointing

Would not allow my husband to check in on his own while I was attending a conference even though he had the booking details. No instructions sent. Nothing said the person who booked this booking has to be present with ID. Room was for 2 persons.
