It was great really love this hotel

The hotel has a perfect location, just steps from Plaza Cataluña and close to all amenities. The room was very spacious and surprisingly quiet despite the busy streets. The staff was excellent—special thanks to Carla, who was absolutely awesome!

La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta ya que esta cerca de Plaza Catalunya y tiene la parada de metro muy cerca. La habitacion era amplia y funcional, con buenas vistas a la calle principal. nos dieron agua gratuita de solan de cabras cada dia y una botella de cava, como bienvenida, un detalle que personalmente nos encanto. Sin duda, repetire en futuras visitas.

The reception staff were friendly helpful speaks English ,the room was spacious the mattresses are so comfortable but the bed base is not fixed. The breakfast is not free but u can pay for the stay duration at the reception and will get discounts. U can go check the breakfast first if u like it and sure you will then can pay at the hotel reception. there is a train station across the hotel and the shuttle bus to the airport is 5 min walk to catalonia square on the right side of the fountain, the staff directed us . Pleasant stay in the shopping area.

Jazz club and pool area were both closed. Left nothing to do on the actual property. Coffee pots didn’t work, room service closes early and there’s no concierge.

Hotel Jazz is very well located and the rooms are modern and very spacious. The rooftop/pool area is a great option, though closed for the season at the time of our visit. The pool is for cooling off rather than swimmings laps due to the size. Many of the rooms open to an interior space and should be very quiet. Ours faced an avenue but with heavy glass and thick, blackout curtains traffic noise was minimal. The staff was very nice, efficient, and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Definitely will come back and highly recommend it!

We only spent one night but we liked it enough to stay again on our next visit.
