Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff, who helped us to settle in quickly after a 26 hr flight from Sydney to Barcelona.

I've stayed at this Hotel a few times and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's convenient for everything. Breakfast selection is great and the roof top bar and pool are a good reason to stay there.

The only thing I would add to the hotel amenities is the port for USB in the room. Everything else was great. Water to drink every day at no extra cost and the VIP bottle left with a nice sign welcoming us to Barcelona were a nice touch

Location is perfect. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. But, hotel of Regina, at Madrid, has better breakfast. I think what Hotel of Jazz can improve is therir breakfast. For example, some meats are over-burned and alsmot black-dark color, not healthy. Also, they may delay the breakfast hours to 11:00 AM (not 10:30 AM). Most hotels at Spain has the breaksfast hour up to 11:00 AM. Compare to Hotel of Regina, Hotel Jazz doesn'y have many meats choices. Anyway, breakfast is good but not great. Still, overall, Hotel Jazz is a great hotel. Charlie/Vivian

The hotel was wonderful. In a great location, very walkable to various spots in Barcelona. Breakfast had a variety of options, staff was friendly, room was bigger than expected and everything was well kept and clean.

This is my fourth time staying there and I did notice a little less attention to detail. Breakfast buffet wasn’t as buried as it used to be not as many staff members visible. Still a wonderful location would still go back just wouldn’t give it a 10 out of 10 like I did before.

Clean room, fast internet, friendly staff.

The breakfast staff were very nice, the early check in was a nice surprise, the hotel was very clean, the housekeepers were very thorough and the rooftop was lovely with beautiful views. However, the front desk were horrible at making you feel welcome. Anytime we went in or out of the hotel, very rarely did they even look up to acknowledge us. A simple hello, goodbye, have a good day, how was your day, goes such a long way. Our experience at Hotel Catalonia Magdalenes the week before was a completely different experience. Each and every staff member was so friendly, chatty, gave us great tips as to where to go, brought us water, pastries without us asking. Hotel Jazz can really pick up their reviews by having their staff change this simple task even if they don’t mean it. If I didn’t stay at Hotel Magdalenes the week before I would never have really been able to tell the difference in the customer service.

The room is clean, but the light in the room is a little on the dark side. I would prefer a little bit brighter in the room and in the bathroom.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly, helpful. Room is comfortable for 2. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Great location., 5min walk for shopping, food, 10-15min walk to cathedral de Barcelona. We were also close to the trains. Would highly recommend.

Room was clean and serviced everyday. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was variety, delicious, and fresh. Air conditioning was working fine. Water pressure in the shower was strong enough. Good location to go everywhere in Barcelona with a good transport system nearby. Various restaurants nearby to choose from.

Great location for walking and close to several Metro and Bus stops. Very convenient taking Aerobus from airport as it stopped a few minutes walk away. Room was comfortable and modern. Various dining options not far away. Nice rooftop view with pool and a rooftop bar open in the evenings. Didn't try the breakfast.
