The check in process was a disaster and construction in the hotel makes it impossible to rest

Los amenities no son de un hotel 5 estrellas , están viejos y no bien cuidados . Lo peor es que entro con Zapatillas un señor a limpiar el sauna húmedo , donde la gente entra descalzo . Feo aloe en los pasillos .. No me gustó la experiencia

Le falta mantenimiento a la habitación y prestar atención a detalles No es posible que en estas épocas no haya un solo enchufe de USB para cargar los dispositivos. La atención de todo el personal es excepcionalmente amable, destacando a Mariela de Área 51 (Customer service de recepción) y a Iván del restaurante EL MERCADO. Todo el personal de bienvenida al arribar a la puerta es excelente .

Extremely happy with the staff and cleanliness of Hotel Faena. The library bar and spa were nice, and i highly recommend attending their tango dinner/show. Was extremely surprised (and somewhat disappointed) the room didnt come with a coffee-maker/kettle...a standard inclusion in 3-star hotels and Faena is 5-star.

Awesome in every way.A calming stay in a beautiful property with really nice rooms, bar, pool area and amazing restaurant (Mercado). Polite personnel in a great area of the city

Fantastic stay in every way!! Amenities, property, room, comfort everywhere…

Overall pretty good. The room had a few broken items and no coffee machine but they brought one on request . Pool and bar is good .

Clean, stylish. Pool bar has discounted price for foreigners posted in the menu but they knowingly don’t apply it even if you ask about it.

Staff and facility were great

Inside staff was very good. Poolside staff disengaged - never checked in after delivering the meal. Saw a waiter drop plates that shattered by the pool - merely picked up the big plate shards instead of sweeping them up - sharp shards wet pool, bare foot swimmers. Also there were about 8 cigar smokers in two groups, smoking outside IN THE POOL, flicking their ashes as they partied away. Kinda ruined the pool experience. Finally $33 for an average hamburger - hourly wage is $3 in Argentina. . .

The room decor is "interesting". But, it's a great hotel with an excellent Italian restaurant and a top notch fitness center and spa. I would stay there again for sure.

Hotel is beautiful, the architecture is unique and gorgeous, location could not be better! The room was clean, but one thing, it did not have normal amenities found on 5-star hotels (Nespresso machine and iron board), we had to ask for it.
