Outstanding staff and a beautiful hotel

Overall pretty good. The room had a few broken items and no coffee machine but they brought one on request . Pool and bar is good .

Clean, stylish. Pool bar has discounted price for foreigners posted in the menu but they knowingly don’t apply it even if you ask about it.

Staff and facility were great

Inside staff was very good. Poolside staff disengaged - never checked in after delivering the meal. Saw a waiter drop plates that shattered by the pool - merely picked up the big plate shards instead of sweeping them up - sharp shards wet pool, bare foot swimmers. Also there were about 8 cigar smokers in two groups, smoking outside IN THE POOL, flicking their ashes as they partied away. Kinda ruined the pool experience. Finally $33 for an average hamburger - hourly wage is $3 in Argentina. . .

The room decor is "interesting". But, it's a great hotel with an excellent Italian restaurant and a top notch fitness center and spa. I would stay there again for sure.

Hotel is beautiful, the architecture is unique and gorgeous, location could not be better! The room was clean, but one thing, it did not have normal amenities found on 5-star hotels (Nespresso machine and iron board), we had to ask for it.

Definitely the best hotel in Buenos Aires. Front desk was amazing! Thanks for the room upgrade for my birthday week. Breakfast was delicious and always enjoyable. Restaurant and pool service was slow but seemed like they improved during the 10 days at the hotel. The spa was very nice. The gym was good, but needs newer cardio. The pool is gorgeous and worth choosing Faena.

Good property. I was thinking more of it like the Faena in Miami FL. The windows in this hotel are very thin. You hear everything outside, cars driving, cars racing, car mufflers. Overall a good experience.

GREAT LOCATION / BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

Spectacular location. Absolute luxury and exceptional service. The restaurants are excellent, and their Rojo Tango show is the best in town.

Better than Miami! My first time staying here after staying at the Miami location several times. I am so happy to be able to experience the true essence of the brand.

Muita pompa pra pouca entrega. Banheiro nada confortável, muito moderno mas nada funcional por ser um péssimo projeto. Um hotel com atmosfera um pouco triste e carregada... não voltaria. Staff artificialmente educado, denotando que não são bem apreciados enquanto empregados.
