The front desk could not figure out a booking made on Expedia! Took us more than 30 min to check in and we had to come down two times to talk to them because the key would not work. Also they wanted to make us pay the already paid booking.

Great hotel for the price! The bed was very comfortable and the food in the cafeteria was good!

It took 4 days to get my cleaning back and the desk was mostly helpful but one desk party was antagonistic with me about my concerns. Room cleaning and the restaurant staff were very nice. I woul not stay again - picked the brand as it is normally a good brand and location. This time location was poor with homeless on the streets.

The hotel is not that good, not much service to talk about. Breakfast are ok, small old shower with water leakeg true the bathroom. Very bad food and service at the restaurant.

Hotel is okay! - long queue for check-in (maybe given Holliday season approaching). Room cleaning good, but we tried to use the stairs (14th floor to swimming pool) and there were many cigarette buts and it was not clean at all - bad guests I think. Infrastructure need review ! Staff is supportive! Breakfast is good!

The room has good space, nice bed and shower. Quality of image on the old TV is terrible. Location of TV far from the table does not permit the use for work.

The staff needs to be trained to give aCCURATE information to customer before the bill arrives and the Hotel has to honor what is online, like Breakfast Included

Hotel is okay, building is new and appartments very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Restaurant offer very nice food !

Hotel was fine, maybe a little dated. Ate in the restaurant as there was no local dining of note. Risotto was great, service was slow

My opinion is that this hotel is the best for your dollar when it comes to safety, cleanliness and comfort. Starting with the hotel staff welcoming you with a smile and speaking fluent English. They are there to serve you with any questions. Going to the room, per my request they fill it for me. SO when it comes to non-work time, I can easily take a long walk around the area during the day with no concerns of paranoid safety precautions. Just like any place in the world, use common sense. Back to the hotel, I have stayed at many hotels within the Campinas area and this one is by far the best to stay. Understand this is just a short term stay and not a place you will be living. Thumbs up!

I have stayed at many hotel in this area and by far this is the best hotel for location, eateries in the area and safe during the day for long walks. Hotel is easy to get to if you have someone coming to pick you up for work or just an outing. Hotel staff staff good English and are there to answer any questions that you might have. Gym? Good enough to maintain your cardio. Breakfast is good at this location too.

It was comfy. Had everything I needed but 110 Volt outlets which did not bother me so much because I prepared before hand.
