Staff was friendly. Room as advertised. Great location. HVAC could use a good cleaning.

This was an impressive simple aparthotel. Clean. Well managed with enough basic supplies in the kitchen to be comfortable. Elevators that worked. Easy walk to the beach or the tram. I was lucky enough to have a balcony. What a treat. I would stay again.

A great value place to stay, close to a tram stop and with a sea view from the lovely roof terrace and only a few minutes walk from the sea front.

A well appointed studio with a nice balcony placed within a great footprint of the city. There are numerous restaurants, food stands, bakeries and supermarkets well within short walking distances making this property a jewel

Spacious clean apartment with good bathroom and separate WC. Comfortable large bed. Small balcony. Heating controllable and shower flow excellent. Kitchen equipped with basics, induction hob, microwave and fridge. Oddly no cafetiere though. 'Welcome tray' a bit mean: two instant coffee sachets (six night stay) and no more available! Limited TV channels. No CNN or BBC or Al Jazeira. This was March so didn't use sun roof but would have been nice in summer. Didn't try laundry.

My stay was a good experience at Residhome Nice Promenade. Excellent location, nice clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. A very good option for a traveler on a budget. I recommend and will book it on my next visit to Nice. PS - there was a minor toilet leakage, quickly fixed.

Super convenient location, short walking distance from the promenade. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay!

Well situated, easy access to transport options. Well maintained overall. No AC in October even if warm outside and the room faced a busy street making it hard to leave doors and window open.

Nice location. Close to the water and convenient shopping. Parking was a little tight for SUV. This was our second time visit. Sad to see the condition of room ran down a lot for few years.

This property is perfectly located to enjoy everything Nice has to offer. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a lovely space to enjoy drinks or snacks that you have brought. Or catch a little afternoon sun. Staff were welcoming and helpful. I may have missed arrival instructions, but it would be advantageous to have the parking garage code on the day of arrival as there is no where to wait in your car while checking in. I highly recommend this hotel for a few nights stay in Nice!

Really liked this place. It's a good size, comfortable, great balcony and well-located close to tram stop. Being slightly outside the main tourist frenzy is nice and it's an easy walk to the centre and to the main train station. The kitchen is well-stocked but beware of the multiple threats of how much they are going to charge you if you actually use it! The difference between the warmth of the staff and the warnings that plaster the room was a bit jarring, and it's naughty that they advertise the kitchen but don't mention that it's an additional charge to use it. But it's fine if all you want is a cup of coffee and a bit of cheese for breakfast (just make sure you clean well before you leave!) and the fridge is a decent size so really useful to have. Overall a good base and reasonably priced for the area, especially given the size of the space.

Air conditioning good, Laundry good, supermarket nearby. Reception very helpful. Breakfast available either to eat in or take away.
