The staff was helpful when we wanted to book a taxi to the airport for early morning departure. The room was okay and comfy.

Close to Unseo Station and suitable for those who transit in Incheon. Unfortunately, it does not have pick-up services.

This is definitely an old hotel. But, the cleanliness is good compared to my experience with any other old hotel. And the staff is very helpful and I have a very easy check-in procedure. The location is also near restaurants and minimarkets (GS25, NiceCU, 7Eleven). And also very near the park with cherry trees which still blossom at the time we went there. Very nice.

Just call that you arrived at the airport and. The Hotel Shuttel arrived in 10minutes at Gate 7, third floor. Nice room, and bathroom. Super satisfied and yes. Highly recommended!

I was back from US for one night transit at the Hotel and the staff was very polite and friendly they almost can speak English very well , Korean breakfast was nice, and there are so many restaurant and store around and I would like to stay here again next time

Shuttle facilities from Incheon airport to the hotel and vice versa are very helpful for guests arriving by plane at night like us.

The staffs are super friendly, helpful and efficient. The free bus shuttle service to and fro airport is very convenient. The Korean buffet breakfast is also very delicious. The staff can communicate with us in good English 👍👍👍
