Souci avec la table bancale fuite sous l'évier robinet a changé dans la cuisine le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas cuve remplie d'eau voir au niveau des vidanges dans la salle d'eau

Loved the close proximity to the port and town. The mini kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans. The sofa bed was not comfortable- only issue with the whole stay. I think as the room is for families, a permanent double would make much more sense. A sofa is not needed as you have a well proportioned dining area plus lovely little balcony with chairs. I would stay again if in the area- just would want a better bed!

Dry clean and tidy self contained studio room Bed very comfortable but metal frame was not very good as hit leg on it a couple of times A normal bed would be better Otherwise we can’t fault the accommodation Staff very helpful especially as we had a late check in and arrived after 7pm Very clear instructions on how to get room key and parking Would definitely use again

Good location for a foot passenger getting off the ferry. Clean, tidy, with everything you need. I only stayed the night but would happily have stayed longer.

Personnels très sympathiques, lieux très bien placé pour visiter saint malo intra muros. Lit non fait a l'arrivée c'est bien dommage. Matelas du canapé a revoir

We were traveling by car and the hotel was easy to find. We had pre arranged to park at the hotel and the fee was reasonable. We had a delay on getting to hotel by a day but on calling the hotel they were very accommodating and sent an email with codes on to get in if we arrived late in the day. On arrival check in was simple and quick. We booked a family room for 4, which consisted bunkers and a pull out sofabed. The room was very compact and wasn’t much space. The bunkbeds were in an area

Very handy for the ferry. Secure internal storage for our bicycles. Just wish we could get decent firm pillows when in France. I always get a stiff neck with these soft square French ones.

Hébergement bien situé, près de plusieurs services et des endroits à visiter.

Tres bonne residence de vacances. Tres pratique, bien équipée..propre. Facilités pour deposer ou laisser les bagages avant l’entree et la sortie. Bonne communication.

Très bien accueillie à l'arrivée comme au depart. Petit studio très sympa pas loin du port de St Malo mais dans un endroit calme. Je recommande !!!

It was a very short stop over as we arrived late at night and left early next morning on the boat back to jersey. We were foot passengers and it took us 10/15 minutes to walk to the ferry terminal which is why we chose to stay here. We didn’t get to see the pool or anything else that’s was on offer.

Lovely property, spacious studio appartment that is well placed for city and port. Had a lovely shower and my daughter appreciated the half bath too. The sofa bed wasnt the most comfortable but as we were only there for one night it was manageable.

Very good property, easy location a short walk from shops and amenities and well maintained. The reception opening hours are quite limited and be careful of the barrier to the carpark; its not suitable for a right hand drive car if you are on your own as there is no sensor and it closes abruptly, so you will need to ask someone to hold the card for you or lean right accross the passenger seat and strain to open it. Make sure you have booked the parking, as parking on the residential streets around the site is very limited

Great stay here and would return. Helpfully provided washing up liquid etc.

Very well equipped and roomy

Apartment needed some TLC but had a dishwasher, large fridge, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Terrace very small, barely enough room for 2 people given the apartment was meant for 4. Please note some rooms do not have a bed. The description stated a double sofa bed and bunk beds but we assumed it would also have a bed!! Bed linen was provided but we had to make all the beds on arrival and strip them upon departure. Not ideal after a long drive. I have stayed in Pierre & Vacances accommodation in another area in France before and this was nothing like previous experience. Description mentioned a private beach?? Where? We were not told of this. Someone mentioned a family room? Where? Nightmare parking on first arrival, had to park a distance away in the street. We were not told about this. Taking into account the price paid, I cannot recommend this property and would not stay here again.
