Good, spacious bathroom, soft bed, but very flat pillow The housekeeper does not knock on the door before entering the room. And can't speak English at all

Very close to Hamburg Hbf. Just across the station. Breakfast is okay although there are not many choices. Large room, but not soundproof. Because it is located in front of the station for those who can get the front room, get ready for noise from the station. The bedroom and bathroom are clean, the receptionist is really nice and friendly. we got early check-in.
