Hotel needs a refit badly. Hotel rooms are tired and old.

We enjoyed our stay again at Don Carlos and the staff always shine, the breakfast experience is wonderful and though the hotel is due for complete refurbishment shortly, it still exudes quality We will definitely be back

Staff remembering who we were each day what we drunk & where we liked to sit! Pool staff helping so we never really had to get up!

All of the team at the Deluxe Villas were fantastic! A special thanks to the manager Maria and her team - Denys, Lucia, Isabel, Rebecca, Patricia, Adrian. They made sure everything was perfect and worked hard to look after my daughter who requires a gluten free diet.

Love this hotel ! Surroundings are beautiful. I recommend a room with a balcony but I like to sit on the balcony at night. The views are beautiful staff very attentive, private beach area beside Nikki beach which is also great place to eat and drink ! Love this hotel been twice this year.

Good hotel , and good service !

Visitors to property restricted. Had to cancel my family booking in the neighbouring hotel and book one at the don carlos to be able to see them. The discussion we had with the check in desk to sort was then shared with other residents at the hotel. Zero professionalism.

Understaffed. But the staff where amazing and trued there best to work under all that pressure. Very old hotel. Lifts are old. Rooms must be renovated. I found an old stereo that uses CD! Breakfast is always full but again the amazing staff managed to solve this issue. Hats off to the staff. Well done

Service was extremely bad. nice resort but since service was so poor it made it hard to enjoy. Very expensive for the quality of service.

Property shows its age and rooms are outdated. First time in Spain that I saw carpets in room being used, normally everything tile which is much cleaner.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity of the tennis club. All in all a good hotel.
