Super easy check in. Room was super comfortable. Bed was amazingly comfortable. In fact, they offer several pillow types to meet your sleeping needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location for old town and port. Was informed restaurant would be closed , when we arrived tired and with mobility issues meaning we had to arrange somewhere for dinner (recommend Belgian restaurant near Hotel). No coffee/milk, though reception provided once we asked. Bed sheets and loose mattress topper kept moving. Staff not particularly helpful especially in bar. Breakfast was good. Doesn’t compare with the other Scandinavian hotels we used on this trip.

Hotel seems nice in general. Location is good. Room is very small. Elevators are very small. Staff is nice.

Very clean, great area, rooms a bit small, couldn’t swing a cat. Ok if travelling w minimal luggage. Nordic hotel across street has larger , modern rooms, free Saun is big bonus.

It was close to everything we needed. Solid hotel. Great breakfast. Easy in and out for everything.

Beautiful large room (though we did get upgraded). Nice spacious bathroom with shampoo AND conditioner/lotion. Nice lobby. Walking distance to great things to do - and tram and bus stops right there

Rooms and elevators are a bit small but location is great and hotel relatively new.

Average stay. Hotel looks very nice from outside and reception but thats about it. Rooms and everything inside is sun basic. Suprisingly the hotel doesnt have a gym which is v basic. It is listed as having a spa but DOES NOT have a spa. If i knew this i definitely wouldnt habe booked it. This is fraud and false advertising. Better value around for similar price. Ie Raddisson Collections

Really enjoyed my stay. I arrived at midday and just wanted to leave my bags to explore the city. The kind receptionist checked without me asking and a room was ready. Great location for the old town and ferry terminal. Very good breakfast options. Well worth the money paid.

All was good except parking. There was no free parking there, it was very expensive, like $30 per night
