Excellent locacion

Check-in was nice and easy. Had a butterfly come out of the air vent at night which was not nice. AC was not working properly either. Otherwise, the room was good. Location was great, just one street away from the City of Arts and Sciences which was very convenient. Turia park can lead you to Old Town. Excellent pastry shop around the corner for breakfast option (La Pequena Pasteleria de Mama Valencia) and dining options around.

overall this is an OK hotel, if you get a good deal on price, otherwise doesnt live to normal NH standards rooms are small, gym is very very small, pool is tiny - but all of these are usable again if you get a good deal overall. Breakfast was bland and not worth the money. Area is great and very accessible. Lots of options nearby though and is great to walk around

Great location close to Bus services. Opposite the modern science and arts area. Bus to old town 20 mins. Good price Clean Has nice indoor swimming pool. Sun terraces to catch sun all day

Great location! A block away from the ciudad de las Artes. Easy transportation (buses) to tourist areas. Safe, quiet, good food options too.

It was very well located and the bus passed just in front of the hotel. It was a short walking distance from the Ciudad de las Artes, just a block away. And there was a shopping center with huge supermarket two blocks from the hotel.

Loud AC and almost no cool air, refrigerator not working at all, there was a silver fish on the ceiling, asked for a double bed, but got two single beds instead; I had a really good experience at NH Vigo but not NH Valencia Las Artes, it would be decent if the price was 50eur, but I paid 110eur per night, you would expect better.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff attentions professional.

Excelente ubicación

The property is about 1 mile from the city center but it right around the corner from Oceonografic and Cuitat de las Arts les Ciencies. Very clean property and a few restaurants that are walking distance.

Fair standard hotel. Walls very thin though, so can great everything though the walls. Great location near City of the Arts

Overall it was a good hotel, I wouldn’t give it a four star rating. There was no iron in the room and even though I requested one and was there for three nights it never arrived. We were charged for the water in the room, which is not made clear until checkout and it’s extortionate at 4€ a bottle. I would also say the breakfast room is much too small for the capacity of the hotel and the food choice is limited

Really pleased with our stay here. We had adjoining rooms for our family which worked really well. Plenty of space and reasonably well appointed. The pool was small but totally workable for a few families at a time and felt like a real luxury. The bar staff were all super friendly!

Fabulously situated for tourit attractions, hop on/off bus and public transport. A number of restaurants and supermarket shops within minutes.

Excellent location, very close to the Arts & Sciences area, plenty of stores, restaurants, parks & transport links. Hotel itself is average, no significant pros or cons. Would stay again based on the location.
