Perfect location between Brera and Duomo, spacious and clean rooms and polite and helpful staff - a home away from home in the heart of Milan

Staff were great but the hotel is very odd. It is in a bizarre second floor location and has a very odd layout. If you are looking for a normal 4 star hotel then this isn’t it

The patio was wonderful, they take great care of the plants on the balcony and it is a beautiful place to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day of sight seeing. Staff was wonderful, the entrance was a little strange, but it was kind of fun

Spectacular and reasonably priced considering the great location.

Staff was super nice, location decent. Rooms a little dated and small. We stayed on the top floor, underneath someone who sounded like they were moving furniture on a wood floor all day and into the night.

This was a lovely place to stay for our four night visit to Milan. It was within walking distance to the major parts of the city. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfasts were very satisfying, including the freshly baked cakes that added a homey touch.

Staff are very helpful and there is a 24 hour reception at this hotel-serviced apartment. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Tiny TV but who’s here to watch the news?! Get on foot and get moving, you’re in the heart of it all. Loved being back in Milano and would consider staying here again.

Absolutely love, love this place!! Incredible location with 5 minute walks to the Duomo, alla Scala, Sforza Castle, and Pinacoteca di Brera. I dare you to find a sweeter and more caring staff. Friendly and always willing to answer any of our questions and concerns. P.S. Their breakfast and attention to detail is fabulous.

Cannot say enough great things about this unique hotel. Wonderful spacious room with great views. Amazing walkable location to duomo and local dining. Great staff and breakfast. Thoroughly recommended. One tip for the management team though - your ferns in the window boxes obscure the view from the windows, might be time to trim them down or replace them with smaller ones !

With only 4 rooms, it is an intimate experience. I loved it's uniqueness. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed in a quiet and safe environment. Loved the two person elevator! Great stay!

We had a lovely, lift type room that was very spacious and it was well placed for the centre of Milan. However, the access through a strange little door into an unwelcoming lobby then up two flights isn’t stairs or an extremely small lift was very off putting. The staff weren’t particularly helpful either! This was not one for us
