An ideal stopover before or after the Dover ferry, or tunnel. Small but adequate rooms,with a kettle. Easy free parking and a restuarant. There are also a few eating places within a few minutes walk . A little expensive for what it is. But worth it for the location.

Very dated room, with broken fixtures and alot of dust. However was functional, near to beach and eurotunnel. Staff were friendly.

Staff friendly. Room could have been cleaner, dust under unit and coffee cup marks on bedside table.

Receptionist was very welcoming. Stayed for 1 night - Room was okay, shower room was fine. Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not have it. Would stay there again.

This is a great hotel, and the perfect jumping off point for people using the Eurotunnel. Lovely clean room, breakfast caters for all sorts and starts really early. Can eat evening meal in the restaurant too, but we didn't this time. Staff are friendly and polite. Will earmark this one for next year!

Dated hotel. Carpets in hallway stained and worn. Rooms basic considering price. Rooms clean.

I stayed for one night before travelling to England. The hotel is close to the Eurotunnel and a 15 minute walk to the promenade /town centre. It’s quiet and has free parking.

Very old and dated rooms and facilities. Faulty towers comes to mind. It was very overpriced and you dont get a lot for what you pay. Sockets hanging off the walls. Poor shower room and wouldnt waste your money on the breakfast. Very limited options and no hot food available for breakfast.

The lights didn't work throughout our stay. But we also didn't give the property a chance to fix this as it went arrived after 9pm and left by around 9am so we slept and therefore it didn't impact us to greatly.

Always nice to stay here this was our 4th stay.

Hotel was about adequate, very small rooms , OK but in need of some serious refurbishment. Reasonable breakfast.

Very close to the tunnel terminal. 1 mile walk to theatre and a few proper restaurants. Its in the edge of twon by a dual carriageway. Does what it does well. Family room is by ajoining doors, so easy access to kids but all have their own space and bathroom

Not too bad and VERY convenient for Eurotunnel. Would stay again.

Good location. Close to a small retail park with an excellent Asian buffet. Free parking ,and restaurant onsite if needed. Small but adequate room, with teamaking facilities. Would stay again.
