The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room on the 4th floor was an odd shape and felt cramped. It is the smallest one on that floor and was especially not comfortable because the breakfast that is provided has to be taken in one’s room. There is a small table provided and one reading chair by it. The desk chair on wheels was too wide to bypass the corner of the bed to provide a second seat. This would be a decent room for one person.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Great continental breakfast included. Close to restaurants and shopping

A quirky hotel with individual rooms. A continental breakfast is delivered to your room every morning before 7am but it would be nice to be able to pre select items to avoid getting items that you don’t like.

Conveniently located away from the bustling crowds of old Quebec but close enough stroll to old Quebec. Excellent location if choosing to cruise from Quebec city.

Best hotel we stayed at! It checked off everything for us. friendly and very accomodating staff. Reception had the best lemonade and scones! we love snacking and they have them practically until the afternoon. clean and convenient. love the cafes and art galleries and artisans within distance. walking distance to both upper and lower quebec city. love the bustling quebec city and the walk along the St Lawrence River.

The room is clean but quite tiny. The location is convenient, but with that tiny room, no pool, no hot breakfast, it definitely doesn't worth $500 per night even in summer. I think you can find better in the city.

Great little boutique hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Right outside of the walls of Old Quebec. Easily walkable. Pus a daily breakfast (baked goods, yogurt, etc) delivered to the room every morning.

Great lication, cozy room, breakfast was good, staff was kind. My only issue was that I got bit by a flea and because I booked through Expedia, they couldn't do much, they promised to get in touch with me but they never did.

This place was great. Possibly the best breakfast i've ever had at a hotel. Nice staff, clean rooms, and well designed rooms with comfortable beds and chairs.
