It was so nice to have breakfast in our room. The suite was lovely and the bedding was great. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good repair. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was super helpful. Great location. Loved the cute little Continental breakfast that was left at our room door.

The hotel was an easy wslk from the train station. The front desk was helpful providing recommendations and directions. The breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch--pastry, yogurt, and orange juice. Room had a nice coffee machine. The bathroom was well designed with helpful shelving for our toiletries. The bathroom products supplied were very nice. Good towels. Comfortable bed.

A very nice hotel in Quebec City, central to the waterfront and also Old Quebec.The hotel is old, European-style, so the hallways, elevator, and lobby were very small. It was a little difficult to get our luggage up the four stairs in the entrance to the lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The colors are very dark, with black and red as accents, which I personally found depressing and not aesthetic. We stayed in a Signature Suite. It was a very odd-shaped, large room. The whole hotel was very dated, and not in an old-fashioned way, but as in current updates needed. The carpet was worn in places. This is just my opinion; others may not be bothered by that. The thing I didn't like was the musty smell in our room. I am highly sensitive to smells, and it was difficult for me to breathe, which caused my allergies to flare. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was amazing. Overall, a nice place but I marked it down a star for the musty smells.

Pluses: - very friendly and helpful staff. - spacious room - very nice breakfast brought to your room each morning. - Nespresso coffee machine in the room - high quality Occitaine toiletries. - nicely designed and decorated rooms - convenient location - easy parking. Minuses: - Quebec City is hilly. Hotel is at the bottom of the hill. Attractions are at the top of the hill. Plenty of hilly walking. - small lobby.

Very clean room, cozy setting, bed very comfortable, continental breakfast okay. Parking (for a fee) very convenient. All restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

Lovely clean and up to date room, helpful staff and good breakfast. Good location for station and old port. Easy uphill walk to old town.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with friendly service seeming to accomodate our every need. The room we stayed in was on the top floor with a city view, amazingly comfortable! Breakfast croissants, etc brought to your room - espresso coffee in suite! Mini fridge stocked with drinks to purchase. We loved walking from the hotel each day to explore the city, history tours, lovely dining. June was ideal for weather and the ferry was a great rest for all the walking as it’s def a place to bring shoes you enjoy walking hills in. And bring a camera! This city is beautiful.

This is a gem of a hotel- friendly, welcoming staff, spacious well-appointed rooms (the windows even open!), and a great location you can walk to everything from. I loved it and hope to return.

rooms were cozy but a little musty smelling. 2nd day it seemed to get better. bathrooms were very nice and clean. continental breakfast was delicious. it was delivered to room every morning. customer service was excellent and very helpful staff at front desk. they called a taxi for us to get us to our cruise. they answered all my questions. very friendly. i would recommend.

From arrival to departure, we enjoyed our stay. Well situated for walking around Old Quebec during our stay. Lots to see and do!

Very nice hotel. Within walking distance to several restaurants and short ride to cruise port. Some people even walk to the port.
