The staff was rude and we weren’t able to stay there because we had to arrive by 6pm. I do not understand what the point of making a reservation is if our room would be given to another person. I had until November 14th to cancel and if I didn’t cancel it, it was for a reason. I did not receive an email or a call saying that my reservation would be cancelled. Very unsatisfied.

El cuarto estaba sucio, las almohadas olian a saliva y sudor, las condiciones generales del hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado tiraba agua, no habia presion en la regadera.

This hotel is centrally located and accessible. For us it was very convenient as we were very close to the places that we were going to. Room was very well taken care of and had enough space. The only disappointment was with the restaurant, we paid for the breakfast buffet but it was not what we were expecting for the price.

When I made the reservation it said there was a mini refrigerator in the room and there wasn’t. Also a coffee maker would’ve been nice. Overall it was a good stay.
