A little quirky perhaps, and not our usual style, the stand out feature of this holiday was the hotel staff. Yes, everything is spotless Yes, the food offering was beyond for a hotel But the staff go above and beyond at all times... they really make you feel very special. Whilst the pool area can be a little cramped, we were able to nab ourselves an almost private island all day, every day... and switch off. And being able to just walk into the pool in October without a grimace... Fabulous! The hotel is fabulous... but on the edge of an awful "strip" of beach bars and restaurants doesn't make for the best spot... but we rarely left the hotel for the 8 day break. Would we go again... quite possibly for a warm pool winter break though, on checking the prices for January, I might have to sell the house... but we will keep looking!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, it was so peaceful and the views were stunning. We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. It was so luxurious, we were treated like royalty and we cannot fault anything just perfect

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Compliments to everybody who works at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, and thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome last week.

A nice hotel that is in the process of being touched up. The room was lovely and modern but the dining and general areas are old fashioned. No floaties or balls are allows in the pool, which to a child is quite a big thing. As there are not many children there, the odd one or two floaties should be allowed - infact they were on certain days depending on which manage was on. All a little confusing and stuck in time. Putting green needs repair as well.

recently stayed at Jardines de Nivaria and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff Yidan from the restaurant was amazing . I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The service and food were amazing

The hotel, staff, room and facilities were of a very high standard, as were the nearby Resturant and shopping facilities, however the resort was a bit untidy and in need of modernisation and a good clean.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service; very quick response to any requests, helpful and very polite people at the reception desk. I will be back.

Another fantastic stay at Jardines. Absolutely wonderful hotel which is set in stunning gardens. The staff are so friendly and helpful and are what really makes the Hotel special. Breakfast was really good and other restaurants and bars really good as well.

This is just the hotel you need for a quiet relaxing worry free holiday. We have stayed here a few times and every time the service from all the staff is friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. We will definitely be returning.

Comfortable and wonderful room, very nice upgrade, excellent dining options, great swimming pool and convenient to the beach and promenade along side the beach.

We r just returning home after a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was brilliant from the staff, to the small details such as water, coffee & chocolate each day in your room, fresh towels by the pool every day (numerous times if u wanted), comfortable sun loungers, fresh towels in your room more than once per day. Breakfast is great also & really enjoyed the fact it isn’t crowded & importantly, there is space between sun loungers too. We will be back
