Room and,amenities all good.

The location was excellent near the beach but the room was very bad a family room one of the wall sides of the room was not straight and very narrow the ceiling and the wall was leaked as if it was raining on the beds and the wall was very wet .

Great stay. Walking distance from city center and away from crowds. Beach access is the best

Pleasant stay at this lux hotel by the beach. Breakfast was sumptuous and the view from the restaurant overlooking the ocean was magnificent.

Perfect location! Right on the beach and 20 minute walk into the city. Very clean. Nice pool. Delicious restaurant with breakfast included.

Beach access and quality the best!! Apart from a seaweed problem at one end, but not a problem. Room was simple but spacious and airy with stunning views of sea and sunrises. (Junior Suite 4th floor).

The Carvi was great hotel with its beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and proximity to Lagos Old Town. It had a wonderful roof top pool and included a nice breakfast each morning. Also next to the hotel was a fantastic boardwalk/walking trail overlooking the beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous direct beach access. Beautiful sunsets and decent breakfast.

Breakfast was fresh and changed each day with a great view each morning as we sat outside on the rooftop. Beautiful beach is 2 minute walk away, Rooftop pool was a great way to relax. Rooms cleaned each day with fresh towels. Able to do our own laundry by hand and hang the clothes to dry on the balcany.

This location was perfect for us. It has direct assess to Praia Dona Ana which was a great place to hang out and enjoy the surrounding. In the evening we would walk (about a 20 min walk) to Old Town. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. I would stay here again when I visit Lagos!

Came to Portugal for our honeymoon, we booked this hotel primarily for the location- stayed here for 10 nights, loved how close it was to the beach and a walk into downtown Lagos for food. Our overall experience was okay, some things I didn’t like was we had to pay for towels to borrow then got our deposit back once we returned the towels. Well one of our towels dropped on the balcony below us from the wind (we could see it) and when we told the front desk they said they make a note of it but we never ended up getting our deposit back for it… Hotel rooms were not cleaned everyday and at weird times. Beds were made almost everyday but not fresh sheets (I know this because there was sand in my bed which wouldn’t have happened if they were fresh) not the end of the world but unusual for a hotel in my experience traveling. There was one day / night where the entire 4th floor (where our room was) had no wifi. To the right of the hotel is a beautiful beach, to the left is a run down hotel that the cartel took over. We always walked towards the right and avoided the left when going downtown. Overall we would book this hotel again primarily to be close to the beach and walking trails. Breakfast included was good.

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were delicious! Pool was great and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. 10/10 recommend!

Rooms were very clean, staff at reception always friendly and accommodating Vicinity probably was the most picturesque in Portugal Loved the long walks on top of the cliffs Very happy we booked this resort Thank You from a Canadian couple and their 1st visit to Portugal
