Staff was great. Room very poor and old. Shower had rust on the windows and my room didn’t have secure locks ( a piece of wire ) holding the 2 windows. Hair

Staff was very accommodating. The free breakfast is ok, it’s fruit slices, coffee and toast.

WiFi was slow, no refrigerator when it said on the listing, everything looked dirty, customer service terrible they just open the door like that imagine if ur naked or changing. Plus the front desk terrible they try charge me twice and check out was at 1 and they kicked us out 12.

The property was great is very clean. It’s an a great location. It was very pleasant. Stay at night. There is possibly a bar nearby, so it was quite loud and there was no hot water to shower with.

El agua no tenía punto de temperatura media , o sale muy caliente o sale muy fría . Lo sig. es que si es tiempo de calor … los abanicos no sirven . Y concuerdo con otros comentarios ; por favor, renueven las toallas ,ya están como trapeador !

Everything was perfect

Bathroom was straight out of a scary movie. Extreme mold on ceiling, paint peeling all over the place. Tv and fan didn’t work.

If you value your life and family's life don’t stay in this hotel.I had an intruder break in to my room in the middle of the night .I called the front desk for help I was ignored .I had to call 911 and the police showed up eventually ,after I was holding the door in my bedroom for about 30 minutes before the police came and saved me.The front desk never showed up claiming they thought it was a fake report.There are no security cameras in the entire hotel or hallways only in the front desk entrance and no security guard on duty just the front desk person ,there are no dead bolt locks on the doors and no slide or chain locks.i had to check out at 4 AM for my own safety.I was offered a free room on my next visit I declined it they where not concerned about what could of happened to me ,if I didn’t wake up and hold the door for my dear life who knows what could of happened to me I was lucky

Transparent Review of the Property: Property Condition: This hotel is not the most well-maintained option in the City Center area of Morelia. It’s one of the more run-down properties available. The ceilings showed clear signs of water damage that had not been repaired, and several appliances were either dirty or had broken parts. The bathroom had visible mold, no toiletries were provided, and the showerhead was rusted with calcium and lime buildup. Additionally, we found small gnats throughout the room. Staff Experience: The staff was inconsistent in terms of friendliness. The morning front desk staff and room attendants were welcoming, and some of the waitstaff in the dining area were friendly as well. However, others seemed rushed and less approachable. Unfortunately, the evening front desk staff member was inattentive, unfriendly, and unhelpful. For example, on our third night, we requested an extra roll of toilet paper, only to be told that it wasn’t available, as "every room comes with one roll" and we’d have to wait until morning to ask the room attendants. However, in the morning, the staff clarified that this was incorrect, and we should have received the roll immediately. Location: The hotel’s location is a positive aspect. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the cathedral, with plenty of nearby food and shopping options. The area always felt safe, and there was ample street parking, as the hotel is not directly in the City Center.

Elegí este lugar por conveniencia para mi familia, el cual tenía Cosina puesto que llevaba 2 menores, de 3 y 1 año esta habitación estaba en el tercer piso las escaleras muy peligrosas necesitan tener rieles de seguridad, al entrar a la habitación puedes ver que todo tiene desperfectos aparte de que es un lugar muy descuidado y poco higiénico necesitan hacer cambios y dar un buen mantenimiento. Es una pena el no poder recomendar este lugar que tiene una muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad de Morelia.

The hotel is well located (close to the Historical District). The staff was very friendly (note that they do not speak English). The hotel is run down, and in bad need of renovation. The pictures on the website are TOTALLY misleading. We went through 3 rooms in 6 days. First was dank and dark (not what I booked), second smelled of cigarette smoke, had no hot water and no fridge and was noisy (was street side, third room was nicer (spacious and quiet) but had a few cockroaches. The breakfast that is included is a continental breakfast which is adequate.
