The location is perfect and the rooms large and clean. The corridors were dated and had a musty smell, but this did not affect the bedrooms or main living areas. Likely to do with the age of the building which is otherwise beautifully kept. Also has a private parking which is incredible in Olbia!

It’s really run down old property and in dire need of a full renovation. It smelled old, felt old, and not in a cute charming way. The breakfast was more basic than you can imagine in a dungeon. Location isn’t the greatest either.

Property is run down and outside city centre but gian luca was incredible, pleasant and so helpful

Great location, minutes from the old town. Has obviously been a top hotel in the past, it’s looking a bit dated but is clean, everything works and the staff are very helpful. Wi-Fi is a bit iffy in room 101!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walk tu o Olbia City center. We had a view of town and could see the big wheel.

Very friendly staff, good location, spacious room. The only problem was that AC unit wasn’t working and it was 28-29 C degree.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. It was a short walk to tons of shops and restaurants and the staff was very helpful and nice.

Nice hotel but what made it stand out was how wonderful the gentleman at the desk helping us check in was.

We spent 3 night there -Nice, clean hotel in the center, close to everything you won’t need a car -Friendly reception and very helpful -Rooms are soooo big and comfortable (We can say it’s a studio not a room ^^) -Parking is available . -Only negative point is the breakfast, poor, there aren’t many choices.

If you like to stay in “Barns,” Colonna Palace Mediterraneo is your choice! It should be remained to “Animals Barns House.” Old like Barns, carpet is dirty after pigs were there, no chairs on the balcony ducks and chicken destroyed it, elevator doesn’t work because they were lifting to milk a cow. Only receptionist’s guys were very nice and Francesca at breakfast. This is a 1 star hotel. Miss advertised!

This location was good for my stay and access to the train service and getting to the airport. There were plenty of places to get good food.

We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived on a ferry at 7am and check in is normally not until 2. Still they invited us to come in, gave us a wonderful breakfast and got the room ready early! We were surprised to have a little refrigerator and they gave us plates and silverware to use so we were able to have a simple supper in our room!

The hotel stink with very bad clothing smell. The breakfast was rubbish, nothing like 4 star at all. Not worth for money I spent, will never go again or recommend to friends.
