The location is near the Luzern station (13 minutes of walk) and lion monument and chapel bridge. So in terms of location, I suggested to go stay at this hotel. The lady at the front reception is extraordinary nice, kind and informative. I didn’t try the food. The building is old (I think it’s normal in old town of Luzern?). What annoys me was the bath room, because it has bathtub that make it difficult to shower because I have to climb it (also this will not be convenient for elderly) everytime. Also the cleaner left their cleaning tools inside of my room. The cleaning box with mop and other cleaning tools. So please do not let this happen again in the future. I had to get it out myself and it was kinda heavy. But overall I had a great stay

Friendly service, we can check in at 4 in the morning local time, so we pay 1 night for almost 32 hours stay, bravo.

New design room, get free bus vouchers everywhere in lucern, thankful for the vouchers we can get a discount to the manti titlis, buy at the offices of the lucern station floors, from the bus stop near the hotel all buses can ride ken past lucern station, behind the bus no 18, 21, 22. The breakfast is varied, but there is no rice. The drawback is that when you arrive at the lucern station, you want to go to the hotel a bit far from the 15-20 minute walk, because the bus vouchers will get check-in time, the voucher is valid until 12 pm at the day we checked out, Thanks ibis style lucern because with the voucher we can get a discount to mt titlis and free trips by bus in lucern, if you go to lucern you will definitely return to this hotel again.
