The location is fantastic and the room itself quite nice, but the airconditioner was on in February and I was unable to turn on the heat to warm up the room. Moreover, the shower was broken, with water coming out of a broken pipe rather than either of the shower heads. Clearly, both these problems existed before my arrival. No action taken by the hotel staff when I reported these problems. Shame.

AWFUL. Clearly there has a maintenance problem. Zero amenities, so uncomfortable beds and poor quality (felt dirty). We got no rest.

We arrived on a Sunday and they wanted all our contacts details and passports. I understand passports but why do they need phone and email. These days with the amount of cyber attacks and data leak, I don't trust them to keep the data safe. The room was poor condition not value for what we paid

I booked the hotel very last minute. But when I read the reviews and saw the pictures I regretted it. A refund would have been in order since we asked for it 5’ after booking. The hotel didn’t want to refund it. I know. Terms and conditions but the pictures were deplorable. I never were there.

THE PHOTOS ARE FALSE!! The advertisement photos for this place are absolutely missleading! There are holes and unfinished drywall edges all over the room. First only one of the three elevators was functional. Then the room had a stenching strong chemical smell during all the night. The walls were full of holes and repainted patches. The door was completely crooked and has a one inch gap on one end. The window frames were also crooked and left a half-inch gap on one end. One of the pillows was torn and had the filling coming out of it! The bedding had blood stains!! The bathroom had mold and unfinished/unpainted sections in the walls.

I had difficulty locating the hotel due to the lack of visible signage, which made finding it frustrating. The hotel doesn’t fit the ‘boutique’ description, as the rooms feel bare and poorly decorated. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the walls were thin enough to hear neighbors moving around. The bathroom only had a single, broken soap container placed inconveniently in the shower, and the windows didn’t close properly, allowing restaurant noise to filter in until late at night. Overall, not the restful stay I was hoping for.

Bad condition

This is NOT a hotel, are rooms for rent with out shampoo, conditioner or soap, they have not the management to cover any necesity of the clients, any TV channel works and qhen I ask the answer are : THIS IS NOT A HOTEL.

After 10pm there is nobody in reception. They locked my door for a problem with my card and there was nobody absolutely nobody to communicate with. I had to, in the middle is the night, on my daughters birthday go on a cab to find another hotel otherwise we would have been in the street for the night. I emailed, called and nobody got back to me. Next day I went tying to talk to the manager, who did not even apologize. My medication, which I need daily was in my room. He did not offer any solution and did not seem to care. Terrible experience.

Very clean, unfortunately my room was in the first floor and it was too loud.

I wanted to like this hotel as they are obviously making an effort to refurbish, however, the noise from the street, the corridor and the lifts make it very hard to sleep when you have an important meeting the next day. The beds are comfy but the rest was a disappointment!

The room was located right off the lobby. Noisy. Sparsely furnished. No available plug-ins. Very run diwn. Kitchenette was a disaster even though we had no intention of using it.

Good for the price range. Relatively close To the city centre and very close to Metro station.

Didn’t work and too few outlets in room. Negative experience. Would not stay again no recommend to anyone

This place has seen better days, it’s falling apart to be honest. I had read previous reviews and seen pictures so knew what to expect. Good location but really just somewhere to sleep and get a shower, rooms are clean but there’s not much a cleaner can do about holes in the floor and ceiling.

Area outside our room had loose floor tiles, huge holes in the ceiling, large brown stains ceiling to floor, rooms in need of decoration, no bath plug, no hairdryer, only one mains socket in living quarters three foot above the floor too near to the room door.However room large and clean and beds very comfy.
