Imagine trying to sleep after a long day in the middle of a bar — that’s exactly how it feels here. I spent 3 nights at this apartment and couldn’t sleep because more than 50 people gather on the street right outside the main entrance. There is constant laughing, shouting, arguing, and noise throughout the night. I complained, but the morning staff told me there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing experience.

It’s close to transportation and quiet

No response from hotel when texting using hotels.com app. Other hotels have responded to my questions. Also, AC was leaking water. Had to turn off when it was 95 degrees in Madrid.

It's an older property, and it shows. It seems they need to improve maintenance a bit. There are areas where walls were fixed, but never painted, missing ceiling tiles, etc. The door to our bathroom was damaged and you could only slide it open partway. Nothing major, but issues they could take care of. The room should come with tea/coffee fixings. Small things would be a big improvement.

The hotel needs to do a better maintenance job. A fresh paint everywhere will help the appearance. Otherwise it is a relatively clean and utilitarian hotel.

WIFI Horrible room once moved from the first floor to the third floor was good, but the amenities were not consistent

The bad - don’t expect US quick fast internet WIFI speeds AT ALL. It’s pretty much at 10%. Don’t stay on the 1st floor. It’s cold. Amenities are not consistent in the rooms. And yes, the complaints about the club noise is true. Nice area! Nearby numerous train and bus lines. Staff are helpful and there is baggage check if you need before or after checking in.

The location was perfect for what we needed a the one night we stayed. We chose it mainly for the close proximity to a train station to get to the airport. The young woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. There was a lot of work being done in the hotel so it appears that they are making improvements. Our room was good sized but very sparse. We had a large open area with little furniture. Felt very strange. The bed was very comfortable

Very basic room, needs painted and some Renovation. A good size.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Building showing some signs of wear and tear. A/C was not working.

There some minor issues (missing TV remote & safety box), that were solved promptly. The room was spacious.

Not clear from the website or on expedia that the property appears to be a repurposed office block. The walls were incredibly thin and this contributed to a noisy environment.
