The room was clean and staff very friendly. The hotel could use a bit of an upgrade on the locks for the rooms. This is a hotel in a non tourist area, so caters to business more than tourists, but they were still very helpful.

Needs a full renovation

Fabulous experience! Room was great - large, clean and had a bathtub. Made use of spa facilities. Sauna, steam room, whirlpool and indoor pool were terrific. Also had dinner in the restaurant where we had the best soup of our lives. Breakfast was extensive and well with the reasonable price.

We were visiting nearby attractions, and the hotel was well-located for this purpose.

The hotel is reasonable and fair - expected more for a 4-star. The restaurant is a negative point for me - you don't feel you are in a restaurant; it looks more like a regular room with tables and chairs (huge and heavy), which does not look great. The restaurant staff were not friendly, speaking too fast and low, which was hard to understand. Food took a long time and was nothing more than ordinary food. Rooms are not soundproof; you can hear everything from all the rooms when you are walking.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic food and very clean, spacious rooms.

The hotel was on the edge of a small town which you could walk out the door and immediately be surrounded by beautiful architecture. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. We liked having a balcony to set onto to enjoy the big lawn, pool in the distance and the view beyond . Breakfast was excellent buffet . Fatima and Luis were helpful on reception. The two dinners were (3 different meals sea bass, chicken, squid ) were all disappointing. I liked the character of the property and that proceeds help others .

Very nice. Location was convenient. Near the highway but totally quiet and set back. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was a little beat up with older carpet that spots where it was popping up off the floor and same for the wall paper on the closet doors. Dinner service was excellent, but the fish was dry and tasteless, sorry to say. Overall, i would stay again at this oasis.

Lovely 3 night stay with very friendly & helpful staff throughout the hotel. Plenty of delicious breakfast items. Very large & comfortable bed & plenty of storage space. Two slight negatives, firstly, I missed having a kettle or coffee machine in the room & secondly, the only notification we had that the pool was closed was on the day of arrival which was very disappointing as the weather was hot during our stay. Overall though a very nice hotel.

There aren't many TV channels and this time some were not working among other problems with the tv and they took some time to fix it. The water also doesn't flow very well probably because they want to save money so it gets hard to use the sink and sometimes you need to use the shower instead. The bathroom furniture is damaged and needs to be replaced as well as the carpets and beds smell and are outdated. The breakfast is not served very well either, it is difficult to collect food or food is not well preserved while in the room. This hotel is not worth the money they ask for.

The hotel is good but not very well maintained and sometimes things don't work.
