Clean and well-equipped for making simple meals. Room, particularly the bathroom, in need of updating and refreshing.

Nice, helpful staff. The location was fine, reasonably convenient for the town and about 7/8 minutes to the train station on foot. The hotel was reasonable in general. However my bathroom was dirty and really needed a refit. It was too expensive for a 2 star.

Okay, cheap, clean and comfortable

We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things for me. The bathroom was a bit tired. But everything worked. The hotel was very pet friendly. It is as a great base for a short break in La Rochelle for the last couple of hot days in October.

Very comfortable, good kitchen facilities

While the property is showing it’s wear in a few places, that wasn’t an issue at all. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the paid parking is a very small amount for being able to leave the vehicle there after you have checked out for the day, and we appreciated having a kitchenette with kids for breakfast. Recommended for families with kids and those who like to do some walking.

Great location, really close to the centre and spacious rooms. The furniture and carpets could do with an update though.

It needs air conditioning. The people running it are excellent.

Please send me the phone number of the person who took the photos of the rooms. I'm 73. Maybe he can make ME look years younger! Reception, parking, late entry, communication all very good. Busy but quiet, but overall dowdy and maybe a bit pricy for minimum level accommodation. Very convenient for La Rochelle hospital and could leave car whilst in consultation there.

Problème it cleaning lady. Dis mot intend to do thé roof. We needed to insist. Poorly done.Nice hospitality and Nice location.

A nice 2-floor apartment with a small kitchen, a (not so clean) balcony, and good WiFi. It is only a few minutes from La Rochelle city centre. Although I would not want to have a family holiday for a week here, it is well placed for a short city trip to La Rochelle.

Hotel is basic but clean. Good budget hotel and walking distance to harbor. Check in was very slow but they were very nice

Good value for money, practical accommodation.

We used this accommodation for a 2-week business trip and it provided a very good base, with secure car park, a fridge in a spacious room and very kind staff. It is functional and very good value for money

Decent apartment in a noisy environment. Only 2 things that put me off using them again... There was a bit of a procedure to get the keys which involved calling a central number and getting a code to a key box. Ok, if you've got charge in your phone. No air-con...my fault for not noticing, but it was a very hot night, so had to open windows which had no security (ground floor).
