bought the lake view but all you can see are trees, very disappointed. The lake view is 1 million more expensive.

The hotel amenities and F&B were really good! To have a good view of the Hangzhou West Lake, prefer to stay on the 8th floor. I should say the hotel breakfast buffet spread was really good with wide varieties to choose from.
