Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff are excellent

Good location, friendly staff, rooms tidy just lacking quality of 4th star. No spa facilitates lets down the hotel and inconsistency in room condiments. Check in was slow and mismanaged taxi bookings etc.

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. Unfortunately the entrance to the bathroom was not readily accessible as it was too narrow. The bathroom itself was very well equipped for a person with limited mobility.

There was a Christmas party the night we stayed,people very loud and arguing early hours & banging on guests doors,ruined the whole stay
