Pros -Great location for shopping, very clean hotel, comfortable rooms. Underground car park was handy especially as the weather was bad. Dinner and breakfast great. Cons -Checkin was slow as one of the check in pods was broken and bar service very slow, especially for cocktails. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was terrible as the property was full of people smoking weed, at the lobby door, in the foyer and throughout the hallways leading to the elevators.it was an intimidating situation for small kids. Also €240 for the night and then €10 on top for parking

Struggling at check in on my own with bags and baby receptionist ignored me so used online she didn't even acknowledge me while waiting for assistance. Struggling to check in holding baby on kiosk tool ages. Rang 0 for room service three times no answer reception didn't phone back walked to a KFC. Disappointed as wanted room service. Went for breakfast and all the Breakfast staff were all lovely very welcoming to restaurant. Young girl on reception on checking out much nicer room could have been cleaner and no cot on arrival had to phone for one

Room was nice, ample space. However room was very warm at night. There was a fan but was noisy. The room backed into the motorway and traffic was noisy. Double glazing window didn’t block the sound.

Can’t say enough about how great the staff were from reception to the restaurant and bar all fantastic

The hotel was packed with children, the pool was disgusting, had to leave, restaurant closed to guests. Bathroom not clean, bed linen dirty looked re-used, floor was a bio hazard by the look of it, just awful. Services were grubby with old food or something still present. Just an overall awful experience for the money paid.

Very disappointed...jelly sweets on floor between 2 beds when we arrived, hairs in the bath and a razor cover was beside the sink. Hotel in great need of painting. Walls and doors chipped everywhere around the hotel. Very poor service at dinner in the restaurant. It was very busy and staff were scarce. We were told at check-in to book the restaurant early as the hotel was very busy so they knew in advance but were not prepared staff wise. It took 2 and a half hours to have main course and dessert! Absolutely crazy!! Lovely staff member that kept apologising for the delays but she couldn't do any more. She was running around all evening. I must say that the food was delicious. We don't ever go away as it's so expensive but this was a treat for my daughters confirmation. Disappointing doesn't even cover it 😔

Really busy hotel, was very lively in the pool area. Pool is only open until 7pm on Saturday nights, which is quite inconvenient if you have a late check in & not open until 8am Sundays. Not a pool for doing lengths. Staff were very pleasant & accommodating. We stayed on the 4th floor, room was decent for the price. Very noisy with kids running up and down hall, banging doors until 12am, although this is not the hotels fault.

Son really enjoyed the pool and was able to use it two days during our stay

2 adults and a baby - we have just spent 2 nights here and going into our last night. PROS: - staff are so friendly and accommodating, I cannot fault a single person - breakfast is very good - location is perfect - walking distance to Liffey valley shopping complex which has good shopping and dining options alike - we enjoyed the pool every day of our stay - it can be quite busy, but we went first thing in the morning and it was ok CONS: - hotel is very busy and you hear every single thing from adjoining rooms and corridor, and constant banging of doors. This is just the nature of a busy hotel I suppose! Nothing that can really be done about that - there is no air con in the room and the ventilation in the bathroom we were in was extremely poor. This meant the shower curtain/mat was very smelly, and the room was smelling musty the whole time as a result. We kept the window open most of the time but it didn’t seem to help. - there was a tower fan available in the room, but this again was of poor quality Overall, if I were travelling for work purposes/as part of a large group this hotel would be ideal, but for a family with a young baby, I would probably look elsewhere.

Room was lovely and clean but bed was very uncomfortable got not sleep either than that was good

Amazing customer service!

Stayed for 1 night as a business trip and chose this hotel for the gym and pool facility. Gym was over crowded at 6pm, unable to access equipment and not enough dumbells either. Equipment was in use so left for the pool, which was full with swimming lessons, sauna and steam room packed (10 in the sauna at one point), when the lessons were over it looked like aqua aerobics started resulting in the pool being unusable. Music was good though. Room was fine, could hear next door room all night. Breakfast choice for me was limited. Coffee was excellent.

No hassle, easy stay.

So you have a mix of great staff here phil was exceptional 3 out of my 5 nights i had a issue no t.v and i missed my bullet train when the front desk didnt give me the wake up call they guaranteed night previous pool is severely overcrowded

Friendly staff, clean room, good location. It was perfect for our family's mini getaway!

The room was filthy, brown earbuds beside the bed and make up pads smeared with blood. Staff were nice and breakfast was great though.

Transportation from airport is not on a branded bus like the other location, it is a 3rd party van service that is not well marked and it cost 10 euros to use. Took extra 40 minutes to get to hotel after asking other airport buses for help identifying. Property did not have the amenities it claimed to, pool area is a shared community rec facility that was overloaded and required additional paperwork to use. Very small hot tub had about 20 people trying to use it at once so we left, carpet was disgusting and full of stains in our room, room was filthy including the toilet, sink smelled like pee. Refrigerator was tiny, dirty and barely in the cupboard. The finishes throughout the hotel are very worn. Sound proofing was horrible. We did get a different room on the far end of the hotel after but it wasn't enough to warrant staying any longer due to the sub-par offering and condition of the actual hotel. Changed hotels after one night, Expedia tried for almost a week to reach out to the hotel with no reply on a refund, still no refund.

My partner and I enjoyed the services rendered there which made our weekend getaway special
