Very enjoyable

I was here on an 4 day business trip. The hotel was very busy on a couple of mornings - with some long queues for the breakfast at 6.30am! Outstanding features - the staff, the pool and the parking. The hotel room was rather like stepping back into the 80’s and plenty of things didn’t work or lacked tlc which for the price of the rooms isn’t brilliant…..sockets not working, tv occasionally no signal, no running cold water in the kitchen tap, shower curtain in the bath which hugs you to death, parking barrier worked 3/8 times- however the positives outweigh the niggles and the pool is brilliant and above all the staff went above and beyond! Would I come back again - Yes - which is the true benchmark.

Nice location out of Dublin. About 45-1 hour from airport and 20 from Dublin.

This was a beautiful & clean hotel with a wonderful pool area. The one feature we really appreciated was the covered parking garage. There was a small parking fee but the convenience was so very worth it!

Very nice hotel.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our 10 day stay in Ireland. It was convenient to drive into Dublin and nearby towns. Self parking was $10 daily and we had no trouble finding spots. The hotel was walking distance to a mall and across from Starbucks. We would stay again if visiting Ireland.

I picked this property as we are a couple traveling with our 2 young adult children. The family room was idea in giving the kids separate beds while saving money by sharing 1 room. The room was large enough that we did not feel crowded. We also enjoyed having free access to the health club and enjoyed the restaurants on site.

We had a good overall stay for our last night in Dublin. Our room could use some additional cleaning. Ex wall of small bed dirty. Also our mini fridge was not working. Location and breakfast was great! Front desk staff were good on check in /check out.

Underground and on ground parking available - pay per day. Pool and gym were part of a health club so swim lessons were going on while kids used pool. Room had a fridge, only hotel we found with this while visiting Ireland. Close to airport and could walk to large mall nearby with food options.

When we got to our supposedly upgraded room, it hadn’t been cleaned. The pull-out couch bed still had old sheets on it & there was bits of food all over. The bath had no towels except for a couple hand towels. The kitchen had no paper towels or dish soap. The trash cans were so tiny that you could only fit a couple items in there. The one in the bath had a step on pedal to raise the lid & it was broken, so we had to touch the lid to open it. The rug was dirty & stained. The living room with the pull out couch had unwelcoming furniture that was very uncomfortable. It also had blank wall & no cozy sitting-very cold! Dinner on the first night was terrible! The only good thing was the breakfast-lots to choose from & also good. I would not suggest to anyone to stay there!

Loved the hotel & bar, staff very nice and helpful, rooms are great, restaurant food was amazing especially the curry. My only complaint was the dreadful music at breakfast, it was awful poor staff having to listen to that noise every morning.

Brilliant hotel and rooms very comfy bed

Fantastic hotel. Incredibly kind, helpful and professional staff. The gym and pool are wonderful and the food is delicious and generous. I highly recommended this hotel.

This was a fantastic hotel! The beds were so comfortable. We loved the water bottles and chocolates left out for us! The breakfast selection was fantastic. The only thing that caught us by surprise was the paid parking. We highly recommend it as a place to stay!

The room we booked for a family as there was 3 of us (all adults). When we got to the room, it wasn’t clean, the pull out couch had dirty sheets on it & there was little pieces of candy, cereal, etc all over the bed & floor. Even if the carpet had been vacuumed, it was stained & no way could you walk on it barefoot. The bathroom had only a couple small hand towels & no toilet paper, & the lid on the tiny garbage can did not open with the foot bed al. The living room was very unfriendly looking & the skimpy furniture not comfortable. My daughter, who slept on the pull out couch, said it was the most uncomfortable bed she’s ever slept in. The kitchenette had no paper towels or dish soap & the garbage can was to skimpy, you could only put a couple of items in there. Breakfast was good, however, but probably the only good thing about this hotel.

Should have discounted rate for multiple nights for parking

Breakfast was amazing! Worth every penny. Room was nice and clean. Only complaint is showers took a while to get hot and then don’t stay hot for long. Parking was easy and there is a starbucks walking distance. Staff was amazing, so friendly and made our first night in Ireland extra special

Hotel was very secure and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious with a large choice of foods which were replenished frequently. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Near to Liffey Stores with Cinema and restaurants and handy for onward travel. Hotel was generally quiet except on Saturday night when party/music/voices went on until 3.30am. As there are also no temperature controls in room or air conditioning we had to keep window open as it was too warm. Staff had also left window open when preparing room which is fine but air conditioning would have meant we could close the window and dampen the sound. Would definitely use hotel again but very cautious about the noise. Was also charged extra parking fee on way out as we didn’t have time to go back in to query so we just had to pay it.
