The room was the right size & bigger compared to most european hotels for my family of four on a roadtrip to Turin with ample & safe open parking space. Staff was helpfull with our needs during our 2-night stay. The exterior just needs to be repainted.

It reminds me of Best Western hotels in the U.S., parking was nice size. I liked that they had bacon and scrambled eggs on the breakest buffet.

It reminded me of an upscale Best Western in the U.S. The staff was wonderful in the hotel and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve seen in hundreds of hotels. They even had scrambled eggs and real bacon. The restaurant cook is outstanding.

Best hotel in Rivoli. Great food, a lot of parking space, nice and friendly staff.

Quiet property- very little noise in the hotel itself. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and air conditioning worked well. Convenient to get to the roads and highways. A restaurant and bar was available but I did not use either during my stay.

So so hotel in industrial area. Room was clean but not especially comfortable. The restaurant was closed for renovations. Decent breakfast. Ok place to spend a night near the highway but nothing special. Pleasant staff.

The area around the hotel is industrial and at night is very dark and a bit scary.

Hotel is tired, and at first appeared deserted, staff did their best to help and were lovely, but covis has stopped what is primarily a conference hotel, i counted only 7 other guests at the hotel. no restaurant due to covid. but staff prepared a lovely breakfast for our early departure. room smelt of cigarettes, as i said hotel is a little tired but staff were lovely.

Everything was fine. The only downside was that being a Sunday the restaurant was closed and the reception directed us to a shopping mall for dinner. This was aweful

It’s a good business traveller hotel with good staff. Breakfast is good but my only issues are the mould in the shower and the lack of an English language tv channel.

The hotel was easy to reach and was located outside of Turin's congestion areas, which is a bonus if you drive in by car or don't need to drive to the city center. The rooms were nice and clean, if a little basic. Comfortable beds and a good breakfast selection. The staff was friendly, too. If you're not too fussy about a fancy room and don't need to drive to the city center at rush hour, this hotel is a great option. Doesn't seem to have many eating or shopping options in walking distance, though.

Nice hotel, clean but showing sign of age; could do with a bit of sprucing up That said the personel is very pleasant & helpfull, breakfast is good and the parking most welcome in Turin. Would stay again

Very much an IBIS-style hotel - clean, tidy, friendly staff but these hotels lack an overall feeling of warmth. I didn't eat in the restaurant but breakfast was fine and plentiful. You really need a car or taxi to get anywhere but it was convenient for me as I was working near the location. Overall pretty good value stay and a nice view of the snowy mountains in November.

Not so bad for one night

Stayed three nights. Excellent hotel. Superb breakfast. Staff excellent.

Staff was awesome especially Titannia Just need more choice of pillows. Will come here again.

Very impressed with this businesslike hotel which nonetheless retains a warm touch. Excellent multi-lingual staff and decent accommodation.

If you're only passing through this is a clean and affordable option. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and dinner at the restaurant was better than expected.
