The main reason we chose this hotel was Ireland was in a heat wave and the hotel had air conditioning. The A/C wasn’t working. The hotel didn’t seem to be too interested in making things right. Provided a fan 😞

Helpful staff but the property it needs some love. It’s close to the airport that’s a good thing. Parking is hard to find and they charge a fee of 14 euros for the night but because I told them on Hotels.com the information about parking is self parking without a fee. As a courtesy they waved it thankfully. If you looking for a nice place with amenities and updated this is not the one because pictures on the site are deceiving! Tracked 7/17/26.

Hotel stay included bus to Dublin Airport....super convenient!

Hotel is further away than I would typically expect for an “airport hotel” and the shuttle they pick you up in is not a good first impression. Staff were not helpful at check in and when a manager walked by and heard the employee he stepped in and quickly apologized stating the staff were just new and in training. A/C did not work in our room and the room is extremely run down. Best part of the hotel is the restaurant. It is a great restaurant, good food, good staff and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Would not choose to stay here again

This is a Hilton with no A/C so the room was hot & stuffy. I expected better. I requested an upgrade at check in but when we got to the room it was no upgrade. The restaurant and shuttle service were great.

Close to the airport. Shuttle service available for pickup and drop off. Good food available onsite and around the hotel.

The room is spacious and comfortable enough. The downsize is the airport shuttle service. The earliest bus from the hotel to the airport is at 5pm, so that leaves very narrow window for bag dropin, security check, etc. if people have early flights. When one guest was late for the bus, we all had to wait for this one person. I wish they have told that guest, if they want to catch the bus, they need to check out at least 10 mins before the departure of the bus, and if they are late, they have to catch the next bus.

It is further from the airport than other hotels in the area.

We have walk out, there was no room available for us. They tried to give us one room with just one dirty bed although we booked the room with 2 queen beds. Worst experience for any hotel ever

Room 113 The cons - The 24hr gym is 2 doors away and features an array of medicine balls, which are frequently dropped to the floor at all hours. No water in the gym although dispenser in situ. The room - shower head slid down the riser bar as it's so worn. The sink overflow is full of mould. Curtains very difficult to open and close. Television from circa 2006. And finally, yet another hotel with faulty or switched off bathroom extraction. Pros - decent wifi, reasonable breakfast, comfy bed, cold fridge, cold AC, staff very helpful. Summary - needs a refurb. The rooms feel old and tired. Don't stay near the first floor gym!

Great room, great restaurant. Easy enough to find the shuttle.

Keeping in mind this is a 4 star hotel, this was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Quick morning shower & Refresh in proximity of the airport, then started our day. Everything was surprisingly very clean- coming from travellers who stay at 5 star hotels. It’s called an airport hotel for a reason. No shopping, tourism or restaurants around.

The room was fine and clean. The reason for my poor review is that the staff told me there was a 12:30 shuttle to the airport. At 12:45 they shrugged and said it will arrive at 1. For an airport hotel the shuttle time being accurate is crucial.

Unfortunately, we have stayed in some lovely hotels during our time in ireland at a similar if not cheaper budget. This hotel was not good and im not usually one to complain. 1) our cold water in the bathroom was just a tiny dribble and unusable 2) The air conditioning unit was very loud and make an absolute racket even at low fan speed (i hate air conditioning anyway but without an openable window we had no choice but to leave it on) 3) and the absolute worst, my bedding hadnt been changed from the last occupant. The sheet and covers smelt like stale cigarette smoke, the bottom sheet had dirt by the foot end and the pillow cover also smelled of stale smoke. It was 1am by the time we got to the hotel due to attending a concert at malahide castle so nothing could be done about it. If someone stays one night it is not acceptable at all to not change the bedding as a shortcut hoping it wont be noticed. I will be making a complaint through official methods.

Comfortable rooms and beds, convenient shuttle to and front airport, friendly staff, restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. Only downside is we found the bedding too warm, and there was no way to make the room cool; air conditioning was limited to a set temperature and windows do not open. Bedding (duvet) was too warm for summer. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The food was absolutely disgusting, steak was burnt, fish was soggy, noodles were horribly overcooked. The room was not nice, patches of drywall everywhere. Two tone paint colors not matching the shein level. Marks on walls and trim. For what I paid it was absolutely a rip off.

Overpriced for what you get. The shuttle to the airport drops you off a quarter mile from the terminal. The breakfast had cold eggs and bacon. I witnessed an incident of a guy coming in to the lobby, yelling at the staff to stop letting “migrants” walk through the hotel as a thru fare. On the plus side, the staff was very helpful and there was air conditioning in the room.
