I waited 4 hours to view my room which meant after a long drive this was very inconvenient . I rang the property twice and email the hotel to explain my needs for room separation and when I arrived found the staff very in helpful. The receptionist was something out of the 60’s wearing thick glasses and using a magnifying glass seem very incompetent of the hotels process!! Terrible staff and break staff in polite telling me abruptly not to take a bottle of water to my table to drink. The hotel tried to charge me twice for tourist tax but never offered the sud Tirol tourist card- we were left not be able to use the buses for free and get any other benefits this card offered . We will not return!! Bad experiance

The staff were incredible. Front desk, bartender, cleaners, and restaurant manager were all so excellent. Highly recommend this hotel

Not a great hotel. The room has not super clean, phone doesnt work to call reception, they forgot to put things in the room that were promised. Parking is 30 euros, which is absurd. They "run out" of the parking that is at the front so you have to park in the garage for a premium price.

The room was nice - but quite outdated. Clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious buffet, with eggs, bread, bacon, yoghurts and many pastries. However there are many extra charges we did not expect: parking was €18 for out the front (which is very limited), or €30 for in the garage (which we had to do as no spaces left outside). We also chose this hotel because there was a sauna only to be told it was an extra charge.

Alors que sur l’hôtel des place gratuit disponible .. Dès l'arrivée, extérieure semble laissée à l'abandon, avec pour accueil des mauvaises herbes un peu partout. À l'intérieur, ce n'est pas mieux : le wifi fonctionne à peine, la chambre est désuète et nous avons constaté de la moisissure dans la douche. Aucune rénovation, aucun entretien visible : l'hôtel semble figé dans le temps. On est très loin du standard quatre étoiles affiché, autant par l'état des lieux que par la qualité du service. Le souper a été le point le plus catastrophique. Près de 45 minutes d'attente avant même que notre commande soit prise. La salle de restaurant est austère et sans charme. La nourriture est ordinaire , pain congelé plat sans goût et nettement trop chère pour ce qu'elle est. Le service laissait franchement à désirer : aucune notion de bilinguisme, et le manager agressif envers ses employés a été incapable de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la demi-pension. On nous a quasiment imposé le tiramisu en dessert, sans réelle marge de choix sur le reste du repas ce qui mettait mal à l'aise. Bref, un établissement qui mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement et un meilleur service

We were a group of ten hillwalkers. Hotel was perfect for us. An excellent hotel. Had stayed there in 2019 and were delighted to go back. Very friendly staff and hotel was spotless. Glad to recommend.

Staff was amazingly warm and friendly. All at the dining area and Sol at the reception were extremely efficient and helpful and made the stay comfortable

Not even a 2 star hotel! Location was great and breakfast was decent. Pet hairs all over duvet.When asked to clean, nobody turned up! No basic amenities provided to even claim a 2 star!

The hotel was in a very nice location within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and cordial. My only complaint was the room was hot, even with windows open, and there was no AC or fans available. I know this was an unusual hot spell Italy and the mountains were going through. In addition I had to pay 30 euros for parking when it was advertised as free parking.

Ottima posizione, bel hotel ma su tutto vince la cucina, si mangia davvero molto bene. Sicuramente un hotel non economico come tutto il trentino daltronde ottima vista. se devo però fare una grossa critica il parcheggio, dopo quello che si paga non puoi farmi pagare 21€ di parcheggio al giorno esterno e 30 interno. prezzi assurdi

Rent rom, hyggelig personale, utenom de som jobbet under frokosten. De var veldig sure og ikke høflige. Frokosten var dårlig.
