Everything about this well located hotel is nice. Would come again at any time.

My husband and I stayed for two nights as part of our honeymoon and we had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and stored our luggage for us when we arrived prior to check in time so we could explore the city. The hotel is conveniently located right in Gran Vía with fantastic access to shopping and the Metro. Our only complaints would be that the room was a little small with the two of us and our luggage and the bathroom door was not a traditional door/it didn’t latch and just swung back and forth so there wasn’t a ton of privacy. But overall very clean, well air conditioned, great staff, and fantastic location. Great value for the price, would definitely stay again!

Bathroom was clean and had a good shower, staff were really nice and the breakfast was well presented. The hotel itself has seen better days and needs a serious overhaul. The communal areas are scruffy and the lighting is poor and cold. Makes the whole atmosphere very drab. I would not recommend staying here.

Couldn’t be a more central location. Its like Times Square of NY. All the ladies at the reception were extremely pleasant and helpful. Taxis can get to the door step if the property. Nice waiting area with coffee and pastries.

The place was wonderful and the staff as well ! I will definitely back to the hotel . The location perfect, I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to everyone 🤗
