Pleasant stay, great views and wonderful staff. Rooms and bathrooms could do with updating. Good food and good selection for breakfast. Helpful with food allergies.

A gem of a hotel. Friendly, helpful staff . Excellent restaurant menu and food. Fabulous views over St Aubins Bay. This was the third time we have stayed there. Will definitely go back.

Good room clean and well kept with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. All the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good providing traditional English and continental dishes. Because of the weather we were unable to take full advantage of our lovely surroundings which was so disappointing. Hopefully we will be back in the future

The hotel is beautifully located with fabulous views, the only downside was the trek to the nearest bus stop, or rather the trek back uphill. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff from Debora in reception all the way to the charming folk who kept our room clean and well stocked with essentials. The waiting staff always had a smile and nothing was too much bother for them. We enjoyed the food with only one exception which was a Sunday roast and that was swiftly dealt with.. The pool and surrounding area was spotless and well provided with towels and sun loungers, we used it often in the hot weather. All together it was a gloriously relaxing weekwith fabulous weather.

Every room has a stunning view. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are modern. The buffet breakfast is very good and you can even order off the menu. Location is great; the bus to town is just a short walk away. We really loved the hotel. I have a couple of caveats: there is no elevator, and lots of steps, so not the hotel for someone with mobility issues. There is no air conditioning (usual in Jersey), but even during the heatwave we were able to keep our balcony door open to let in the breeze and had no problem with bugs. The staff are all terrific, but occasionally they are understaffed so service may be a bit slow. My only complaint is that one evening we were treated to live entertainment for dinner. The trio was excellent, but I would have preferred simply sitting on the terrace, enjoying the view and the sunset and being able to converse with my companions. I definitely recommend Cristina Hotel and Jersey.

Had a night stay at Cristina, absolutely a great experience . Staff was great and the best extra thing was meeting Pancake , their neighbours cat :)

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, excellent room with great view. Perfect for travellers without transport as a short walk albeit downhill to local bus routes to get around the island. Nice walk along the beach to St Helier and St Aubyn. Easy journey from and to the airport either by taxi or local bus. Peaceful hotel and location but arrived at the beginning of the season. Would definitely recommend Hotel Cristina.

Cristina hotel is more like a 5 star hotel! Couldn’t fault it at all , we return year after year and it never disappoints.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Food was excellent. Great breakfast. The rooms were great with a balcony overlooking the pool and the bay going right round from St Helier to St Aubin. Definitely go back

Lovely views across the bay. It’s a steep walk up the hill if using public transport but worth it for view.

very disappointed that having booked and paid for three nights at Cristina through expedia that when the the ferries were cancelled no consideration by either expedia or the hotel was given to me. I shall not be using either organisation again. You should be warned.

Lovely room with a beautiful view over the sea. Room was comfortable and clean, v comfy bed. Breakfast had a lot of variety and plentiful. We had dinner one night, excellent food and service. The outdoor pool is great. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, attentive - couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel is located near a main road where there’s plenty of buses with very regular services to get you around the island. The hotel is up a LOT of steps - something to be aware of if you have mobility issues and/or are on public transport and have heavy luggage!

Lighting a bit too bright in bar if one wanted a nightcap. Not always staffed Otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend to others

Was advertised as being in St Aubinl,after 1/2 an hour of driving all around the area and enquiring in local shops ( no-one had heard of it) we drove almost to St Helier and by chance found it very awkward entrance.The entrance looked very tired,the reception like a doctors waiting room,we checked in and were left to find our room ,lugging our cases up and down stairs,we found our room which was very small and scruffy ,the “balcony “ was 2 chairs perched on some kind of roof,we used the bathroom which had a strange smell.This was not the kind of 4 star we are used to,we stayed long enough to book into The Atlantic a lovely 4 star hotel and checked out !!!

Lovely view from restaurant bar and beautiful terrace, it is slightly away from main restaurants if you wanted to go out in the evening, although you can get a bus either into st Aubin or st hellier 10 mins to both, highly recommend
