I can Definitely recommend this property. Customer service was nice, but everything has to be the room service, which is annoying. They do not have a mini bar. Towels were good , the bathroom toiletries were OK but bathroom lighting was terrible so doing my makeup difficult. Bed was comply and the housekeeping guy was really nice. Location was good, around the corner from a supermarket and a lot of stores and also close to the center price was really affordable.

Beautiful design and architecture! Our room didn’t have much lighting which was a tad difficult getting ready, our tub wouldn’t drain and our shower was Luke warm..

Stayed here multiple times. Staff, location and amenities are great. Only negative, is the lighting controls in the bedroom are a nightmare.

My stay was excellent! The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I also want to thank them for serving the best breakfast in Madrid — delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

Staff was kind & helpful. Rooms were always kept clean & they would replace our towels, bed sheets, etc! Also it is very close to the metro station which is super convenient when exploring Madrid!

The hotel itself is impressive however, we entered our room and the carpet was a very light colour and there was stains on it everywhere which made us feel like the room was not clean. The blackout blind was broken and when we reported they temp fixed it then repaired following day. Staff service was great however in our opinion the rooms require attention to detail and cleanliness standard raised.

Rooms are weird, no kettle or mirrors. No gluten free food in the restaurants only minimal at breakfast. Sky bar was absolutely rude not welcoming at all. Apart from the metro being close that is the only thing going for it. It’s a very corporate business hotel not comfy for leisure.

Room was very clean. They forgot my complimentary water bottles the first day but they showed up the next day. Be careful at the bar. If they ask your room number make sure you clear your tab all the way. I paid for everything while I was there but when I checked out there was one drink they claim I hadn’t paid for. Other than that it was a decent hotel with a great location. Very short walk to the train which really helps.

Great hotel and great reception/ concierge service. But restaurant staff can be bit friendly and helpful. They are quite arrogant and unfriendly to non Spanish speakers.

Very unique designing hotel with easy access to the city center by public transport. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent.

Everything was great. I Will choose it again if I decide to come back. Highly recommend!
