We had an excellent two night stay. Our room was beautiful and well maintained with lots of helpful amenities. The terrace was spacious and a wonderful location to enjoy morning coffee. Breakfast is included with a really nice buffet with lots of options. Rooftop bar was too hot to enjoy during the day but perfect for a drink and dessert in the evening once the sun was down. The location is great and you can walk to all of the sights of Verona. The only reason we didn’t give five stars is that the air conditioning was not working very well our first night. On a positive note, the staff was very helpful about it and tried to resolve the issue as soon as we called. They even provided a fan to help cool the room.

Great hotel

Wonderful location and super friendly staff. You can get to everywhere on foot easily and quickly. The Piazza Santa Anastasia is busily and the Church is one of the most beautiful in Verona. The rooftop bar has amazing staff and views over the city. Will definitely be returning.

Its quite a dated property for comfort and definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. The bedsheets and pillows were the worst Ive experienced - they seemed to be made of weird recycled material. The reception staff were pleasant but they recommended a local car rental company as their prefered provider who ended up quoting way more than every other rental company in Verona and they said they could deliver car to the hotel - not the actual case so we cancelled and booked with bigger name.

The Concierge staff were excellent before and during our stay. All other staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay again.

Very nice, historical, clean, and beautiful hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Lobby is spacious and well decorated with great oil paintings around. Also the location is very convenient

Exceptional hotel. Excellent service. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.

We had no AC in our room and they stated they do not turn it on for the entire building until the following week. They brought us a fan to plug in. Weird bc the common areas most definitely had AC. Would not have booked with no AC in the room. Location was good and staff was very nice. A lot of older people staying there.

I think that the hotel need to be more versatile , when the wether is good open roof top bar ? No aircon the room was red hot but that’s not the hotels fault ! Italy doesn’t allow air con until late April I’ve been informed We certainly would have used the roof top bar as advertised ! But it wasn’t open

This hotel is the gem of Verona, exhibiting the best possible combinations - iconic location, art and amazing furniture. Service at breakfast was excellent, room service as well but at the reception they really don’t seem to know how to greet guests as I did not feel welcome. Also this time there were issues with my room - airco stopped working and toilet smell which is a shame for a hotel of this level. Last time I stayed there I had a better experience. Also, they did not even notice that it was my birthday when at an another hotel in Florence of the same chain they brought me a personal card and a bottle of Prosecco. This hotel did not notice my birthday not the lest time and not this time.
