The rooms were cleand and the staff were also courteous.

Not much for amenities and a smaller dated room. The breakfast and pool were mediocre. However, the beds were great and the staff were helpful.

Hotel decor circa 1970. A bit scary in my opinion. Sparse amenities only one small bath towel per person no face cloth or hand towels no Kleenex. Hallways dark and dreary. Upholstered chairs and lounges in the lobby were filthy. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, however.

This is the third time I have stayed at your hotel and whenever I visit Panama City it is the only hotel I will stay at. The rooms are spotless and, above all else, the staff are great!

We stayed there 2 times within a 25 day period. The first time they put us in one of the unrenovated rooms. It was terrible! The second time we stayed there we had one of the renovated rooms, it was better. Their breakfast were cold or lukewarm. They need to have a bigger variety of food, dishes, like offering bacon, for example. They could also offer some choices that appeal to the North American pallet like peanut butter. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant because the breakfast was so bad.

The room needed better clean, especially the toilet and sink. The carpet should be removed, was very dirty and smelled bad.

Clean room, bright and comfortable

They are not kidding about the stairs but the property was lovely and very conveniently situated in Boquete. The rooftop area was lovely and we saw a rainbow every day we were there. The cleaning lady was really our only contact but she was very present and helpful. Would recommend but if stairs bother, ask for a room on the lowest floor (which still involves a tiny hoof up). Also extremely close to several wonderful coffee, chocolate, beer, food establishments.

Interesting hotel and decor throughout the Lobby. The breakfast was okay and filled us up. Overall it was nice. The room was very small but fine for one night.
