Clean and spacious room and in an excellent location.

guy on reception didnt ask for my payment on check in, half and hour later knocked on my room door whilst I was sleeping saying I should have paid, he didnt ask me! I thought he would ask on check out then.

Room was comfortable and clean as was the whole hotel always enjoy there with its central position

Prices reflects what you pay. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Place is dates and could use some love and tender care. Breakfast was not special. Coffee was not good and the meal was very basic. Better to go outside for breakfast for better value for your money.

Did not take the breakfast option. Very handy for amenities.

Close to shops and transit

The hotel was clean and room was very good. Slept good. Only thing was tub was too high for me with an injured knee. One of the reading lights didn’t work. Front desk staff very friendly, cheerful and quite efficient on checking in. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great location.

Staff were excellent. For the price, these rooms are very, very poor. Carpets and walls were stained and looked generally shabby. No hairdryer. Not the fault of the staff but generally really, really noisy - doors banging, people shouting (the main doors were supposed to be locked at midnight but people were stll shouting up and down corridors at 2am). The towels smelt as if they'd not been dried properly too. Won't stay again.

Poor appearance. Hotel needs updating.

Overall the hotel is ok the main problem we had is because of the heat we had to have the window open so could hear everything outside , because the window was open the door to our room kept rattling constantly it was hard to sleep

Excellent few days spent relaxing

Stayed one night after a work event in Swansea. Decor is dated and could do with a coat of paint in the rooms. But clean and a perfectly good budget hotel. Breakfast was included in my booking and had the added surprise that I could have it delivered to my room! Would stay again!

Super friendly and helpful reception. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and bathroom moderately clean. Overall good value.

They ask for 100 pound a warranty and you never recive the money back
