The suite was disappointing. It was sold as having a marina view but you could not see the marina from either the sitting atea or the bed. It was only visible oblique ly when standing

We had the misfortune of having to spend a night here on 23 Jan when our BA flight got cancelled What 4 star hotel has no shampoo or conditioner or shower gel. All we got was hand wash Both restaurants were closed for dinner so we had to eat outside It was raining badly so we asked if we could borrow an umbrella. Told not possible The small TV in the bedroom area had only 8 channels on it none of them English so why have it there ? Rooms have thin walls so you can hear all the people around you talking. Only one of the lifts was operational making the place hazardous and inconvenient Breakfast had lovely views and food was ok but nothing special Pool and top floor pool area was closed for renovations

No room service after 9pm disappointing when arriving late Most disappointing and misleading was lack of double bed in the suite - ie two twin beds pushed together- false advertising

Balcony offered a nice view

Stayed 2 nights and we liked it. The room is very clean, bed is comfortable except the quilt is a little thicker thus a little too warm for sleep. We tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn’t seem to work. Breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly and professional. Location is very central too. We highly recommend this hotel.

Room was lovely. However, it faced the road, was very noisy for most of the night (glass bins collected at 2am, people partying below the balcony, traffic noise, lots of shouting) and therefore, didn’t really sleep. Spoke to reception and suggested they soundproof the room a little better!! Apart from that, brilliant hotel and fab location.

Spacious, light and clean room with a bonus of a large balcony. Fantastic breakfast with delicious pastries and fresh fruit. Central location walking distance to old town. Great indoor pool and roof top bar

The room is clean, staff is very helpful. Breakfast is great. The only flaw is the room is a bit small and the streetview side is quite noisy

Staff were extremely courteous, I have stayed here many times and standards remain high. Breakfast is delicious with pianist playing in the background.

Situated near the railway and bus stations next to the marina right in the centre. But not noisy. Friendly staff with good spoken English, really good buffet breakfast and good supper on Floor 5 with panoramic views. Swimming pool. Nice clean spacious rooms with easy to operate AC. Ask for a room overlooking the marina as they are so much nicer than the ones at the back.Well worth the upgrade.
