Clean room. Good breakfast

Great option to stay if you are going to travel by train.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was phenomenal! We have a large family so we like to find places that include breakfast and this one was amazing! Room seemed clean and we had a nice and cool nights sleep. A little out of the way from the city center (maybe 30-35 min walk?) but, it was only a 15 min walk from the train station. Our family doesn’t mind the walking so it was good for us!

Good sized room and well appointed -- super helpful staff -- while away from the city center, the hourly van service to city center was a real bonus.

Lovely hotel with a bed for the evening situated on the outskirts of Verona with good bus links into the city centre and train station. Good continental breakfast to set you up for the day, what else would you need.

Great hotel - free shuttle bus into the city - but not one back

The place is quite old and frankly speaking, I do not see the value for money. I have been in 2 stars hotels which can easily beat this one in terms of amenities, room quality and food choice (breakfast). The staff is indeed very nice and welcoming, no question about that. However, it does not make up for how much the structure itself lets you down. 4 Stars totally undeserved. 2.5 stars would be fair

The rooms are quite nice. The location is nearly 2kms outside of Verona central. The walk is not very pleasant and you need to cross a freeway. However the hotel provides a one way shuttle into Verona which is really great. There is very limited taxis though so coming back at night after dinner or when it’s raining you are still going to have to walk. We still had a lovely stay regardless

Hotel property is kinda old and smelled a bit. But the breakfast was good

Very nice hotel

Great staff and well maintained rooms with excellent service. Good connectivity. Ample parking space, and shuttle service to downtown, and 15 minutes walk from the central train station.

4 of us (2 adults 3yo and 1yo) had a lovely stay for 2 nights - staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodating of children and gluten free breakfast for husband too

Excellent hotel, where everything worked well. It was just far away from everything.

This was my second time at this Fantastic hotel The rooms are clean, the service is excellent and the overall experience was above average. Very easy to recommend.

Was excellent stay. We missed last train from Milan to Venice because plane was almost hour late then problems with boarding platform another delay. Went to Verona just to be almost to Venice. Picked hotel randomly. Were pleasantly surprised.

The staff were lovely and so easy and helpful. Advised me how to get transport into the city, recommended the hairdresser and I felt safe and looked after. Also very good value for money

Breakfast was great and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for the free parking, relatively close location to train station, and breakfast, and those were the only positives for this hotel. Very limited options for anything, hospital smell in lobby, and basic front desk service.
