The staff is very nice, the cleaning is one the best I have ever seen. The food was ok. It Is a very big hotel with many activities. I liked the decoration very much. And also I love the fact that all the swimming pools have the anti-vortex drain covers, which means they are very safe. I didnt have a lot of amenities as I booked a cheaper room.

Excellent hotel in great location. Staff are great. Room's were fantastic, very clean and great maid service. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice.

The hotel was very accommodating of our change of plans due to my wife’s health and went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t miss our booking. My only feedback would be that all rooms should have some basic amenities such as a kettle with tea and coffee or small complimentary bottles of water. Our room didn’t have anything and was a bit basic for a resort of this calibre.

Food is very poor, bland tasteless, no much options for vegetarians. Usually busy at the reception however, the staff is very friendly. The room was reasonable.

Water leak from ceiling. Woke up with wet floor every day. reported and still wasn’t fixed by the end of my stay. No fridge in room, took 2 day for this to be sorted. Toilet wasn’t working again took 2 days to fix

Pool was good, area is nice, staff are great but room lacked some amenties (kettle, lock on bathroom door and had to request for thing's such as iron and tissues) and air conditioning wouldn't work, would end up giving hot air. Breakfast selection was great and lots to do within facility, 3pm check in is rather late.

Everything was top-notch, from the cleaning to the room service. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and you can get the best views of the sandy beach from your room.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay here has been completely overshadowed by a constant, loud mechanical noise (like an engine or AC plant/room) that makes it impossible to relax or sleep properly. ( and I mean the whole night, every 120 seconds you could feel the vibration of whatever that is making the noise. When I raised this with the staff, I was simply told there’s nothing they could do about it. 2 days later after I email them directly they offered me a room, next door literally! For a hotel that positions itself as a place of rest and comfort, this is unacceptable. Noise this disruptive should be addressed seriously, not brushed aside. Sadly, instead of a restful stay, I’ve left more exhausted than when I arrived The staff, restaurant and such were really good! I hope the hotel management do something about that as I am sure I am not the first one bringing this up and for future guests. I stayed at room 1235

The hotel itself is nice, large family room, clean except: - ANTS, and we talked with front desk repeatedly - the all inclusive supper does not include WATER / flat or sparkling so how is this an all inclusive meal. - no coffee machine in room and breakfast opened late - they expect you to keep the beach towel during your stay or pay for wash but we had no balcony to dry the towels! wil not return, the Melia chain would know better but service declining in Caribbean resorts as well
