Was a great hotel to stay. Clean and quiet. Close by some of your favorite stores. IHOP is right in the same lot. Amazingly comfortable.

hittube was empty with no water

We enjoyed the large TVs and streaming, and the quiet and convenient location. The front desk staff were friendly and went the extra mile.

Reception people made us wait for 25 minutes after checking in. We were so tired already from the drive. They cleaned the room after we reached there

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate a large family in town for a funeral. Staff were kind and helpful with setting up rooms in close proximity to each other. When a scheduling mistake was made they assisted in correcting my error and adjusting dates. I’m so thankful to to the staff and hotel for their assistance.

Great hotel quiet property, very friendly staff room was nice and clean and only short ride to the train station highly recommend

This was an acceptable but not outstanding Courtyard. It is a little dated and needs some deep cleaning.

Pool area looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while, needs a good deep clean. In the room, the tv stand had marks on it as if it wasn’t cleaned from the people before us and needs a good dusting. Restaurant is very expensive for the quality of food they serve. Waterside has limited hours and the attendant who ran the slide was late every time. Pool was constantly out of towels so make sure you bring your own down. Location was perfect for our stay. We didn’t hear any outside noise from the hallway which was nice!

Cost was issue We paid for room up front with credit card . No one told us it was a 250 dollar incidental charge put on your credit card . Usually they just have a card on file . It was shocking how much they need for an incidental charge . Also we requested a late checke out and nobody got back to us about it
