This hotel is in one of the most convenient, walkable locations in Birmingham. Public transportation less than 10 minutes walk; shopping center, Chinatown, and Digbeth all literally around the corner. Loved the size of the suite- everything was a good size with well-maintained kitchen appliances, plus a washing machine. In spite of how close things were the hotel was very quiet itself. Loved that I could walk everywhere easily I needed in Birmingham, including getting groceries, toiletries, takeout, and taxis and busses. The staff was efficient if not friendly; but other guests were lovely as was most people I met in Birmingham.

Very convenient and great location.

Large and well-furnished apartment. Generally clean (bedding, dishes, towels, fridge) but details are a little lacking (couch had crumbs, corners dirty, etc). No air conditioning but a fan was provided.

Convenient location and good quality bed

This was an amazing experience - I am a DJ and was playing in Digbeth, the venue was literally a stone's throw from the apartment.. The apartment itself was done to a high standard, with two HUGE, insanely comfortable beds and all the amenities you could ever need.. Staff were friendly and the whole block was clean and comfortable. Also, watching the sunrise from the 5th floor through the balcony doors was epic.

Really good value for location, clear out of hours instructions and responded well to a maintenance issue without fuss.

Good location being close walking distance to the both train stations, and with the Bullring Shopping centre as well as the Markets. Lovely staff

Not a nice place to stay. It was very smelly and quite dirty. Very poor value for money in my opinion.

Property is very central which is good. They didn't give me the wine bottle I had been promised and when I called tried to suggest it wasn't applicable. When I explained it was due to me through my Expedia booking they said they would call back and never did.

The girl at the desk was nice. The room was ok could have used more blankets and face cloths. Also it could use some essentials like salt pepper etc. we had to buy it and leave it. It’s very loud at night.
