Third or Fourth time I’ve stayed here. As always, fantastic. Checking staff super friendly and very informative, Breakfast , great as always. And great value too. Would recommend.

Great welcome from the lady on the front desk. Lift to room. Nice room - perfect size. Free internet worked fine. First class breakfast, though i was disappointed by the rushed service I had in the evening (I think the Georgian restaurant is a separate business, so I have not counted this against the Hotel).

Very quaint building with about 5 stairs total to the check-in—may be problematic for wheelchair travel. The lady from Ukraine (trying to remember her name) was extremely helpful in many ways, the best of which was her help in navigating the system to get our lost luggage located. The breakfast was the absolute best of our whole trip, with multitudinous selections, and served in the adjoining pub. Peaceful feeling to this hotel with an aura of old-world charm.

Spotless room, very comfortable, good price , perfect location for my needs, and great staff on reception. Will definitely use again., and would recommend.

Run of the mill hotel. Cant see why not making the bed, not sweeping or not washing glasses could help the environment. Reception is only open 9am to 9pm (there is a code to enter outside of these times). A bedside table would have been nice, but the room was not big enough for that. Quiet. Location is good, 10 minutes to city trams. Very good restaurant. Also some good ones nearby. Especially recommend Yanking Chinese.

Ok Hotel, the Pillows were very huge though.

Great hotel, we got to stay in the tower as well which made it extra special for our 10 year old. The hotel bar and restaurant is an excellent restaurant serving Georgian cuisine, wine and beer, don't miss the Black Lion IPA and Layula kebab

it was not superior room! ordinary room with set of towels pillows for 1 person only and had to ask staff for additional supply. I did not like room. Never to this hotel again!

Pleasant, homely hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, with lots of fresh fruit and freshly baked breads and cakes.

No parking space, no proper ventilation in rooms.
