Amazing city view. Close to old town. Off season for pool but looked beautiful. Staff at front desk Fantastic.

Ac not working and room not clean and bathroom 🚽 leaking Poor service

Myself and my son stayed overnight as we were travelling south to Andalucía. We had our dogs with us and the staff couldn’t have been better. We were given a room away from other guests and it was so quiet and perfect for us travelling with dogs. I will definitely stay again. A beautiful place.

Stunning view of Toledo, esp if you can get room in NE corner. Stunning view of Toledo from the outdoor pool - must be lovely in summer. Great service. Not overpriced

Nice hotel

Hotel bonito con vistas bonitas. Todo muy correcto excepto que se escuchaba demasiado las habitaciones de al lado y en cuanto al desayuno está bien pero es pequeño el buffet pero la comida de calidad, eso si todos los días lo mismo.

Todo muy bien, excepto q algunas habitaciones no tienen wifi porque están un poco alejadas del servidor.

Hotel was spacious and very clean. Breakfast choice was rated a 2star but the restaurant and staff in the evening was definitely a 5 star.

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. My husband had been unwell and was discharged from hospital. It was the perfect place to stay as everyone were so accommodating at a very stressful time. I highly recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you for making our stay a beautiful one. We won’t forget your kindness.

Great location, lovely views of Toledo . Excellent restaurant with views, great friendly staff at reception and restaurant

We arrived and there was no hot water, we were told we should have tried earlier, it had so been used up! The food in the restaurant was very poor and overpriced. I sent my fish back, it was almost raw and definitely past its best. We've stayed here regularly each year over the past few years, but we will not be returning.

Sorry but this hotel did not meet our expectations bit tired needs some investment also long way between everything bar restaurants etc

This property has a great views of Toledo and good bones, but the property is ran down. Rooms are large but require maintenance. No help with luggage.

There isn’t anything to do or see around the hotel as it is located ~10mins drive to downtown. But there are quite a few free big parking lots around old town, just have to get there early or it gets full fast during the weekend.

Magnificent view over Toledo. The pool aeea is great to enjoy a lazy day with drinks and friends and perfect to cool down. If you want to escape from the craziness of the old town, this pace is for you
